I've been ordering from BTS for years and have never had a single issue. Everything is delivered on time and packaged perfectly!

Ordered end of July. Received the product at my local Walmart mid Sept. The order was shipped international. Due to the pandemic situation, I anticipated a longer time frame for it to arrive, and I was also made aware through the tracking that this would be something that would take a little time.
When I inquired about the products location directly from the company even though I have tracking, I received fast email replies consistently.
The product was exactly what I ordered and needed. Very happy with their services. Thank you.

I ordered a switch for my ryobi weed wacker on sunday after checking prices online, buckeye had the best price + free shipping. I ordered from them and then saw the reviews so I was a bit worried about what I would receive or not recieve... but low and behold, got an email my item had shipped the next day (monday) at midday along with a tracking number. USPS was the incompetent one, they left the tracked package in "waiting for acceptance" for 4 days. But on that 4th day I recieved my package and it was the exact switch I had ordered. Over all it was a fine experience except USPS tracking but that is not Buckeye tools fault.

Buckeye Tool has hard to find items at good prices and delivers fast. I'm glad I found them.

Ordered replacement brushes for Black and Decker JigSaw. Parts arrived timely and worked correctly. Able to get the JigSaw working in about 15 minutes.

My package came in so fast with no damage at all. My product works great. I will never order my tools from any other company!! Love this place

I purchased 2 chainsaw chains. One was the correct item. The other was the wrong size, and could not be used. Initially, Buckeye refused to exchange the wrong part because I waited longer than 30 days to report their error. However, I explained that I had no reason to suspect that the part was wrong, since it's packaging had the correct part number. They agreed to make an exception to the 30-day return policy and sent me the correct part.

I ordered a pair of replacement carbon brushes for my Porter Cable router from Buckeye through Amazon (after making absolutely sure they were the right ones) Yes, the order took longer than expected to arrive but it was coming into Canada. The correct items were sent, so despite all the other negative reviews - I'm happy.

Ordered wrong part, wrote them next day to cancel. They responded within an hour to say order had been cancelled. Cannot find a phone number to the business, and though disconcerting, they did respond to my cancel request. Only fair to write this up.

OK all the reviews on here made me very nervous but my part did show up on time and was the right one but the tracking number was accesible. They did email me back twice notifying me when it was to arrive which was correct. Giving it 3 stars maybe if they improve the online tracking part it would be 5 stars
