Omg!! So good. Everything was outstanding. Calamari! The dipping sauce was perfect! The sushi was great. The volcano roll was our favorite! We had fried cheesecake and chocolate cake for dessert and both were amazing. We were super impressed and with half off sushi on Thursdays, were considering this our go to spot for dinner on Thursdays!!!! 100% satisfied! Yum!!! The guys at the table next to ours saw our delish desserts and ordered the exact same things!

Delicious! Tried the Cabbage Cakes appetizer, loved it! I had the crab crusted sirloin, cooked perfectly. My wife had a burger which was also cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The service was excellent as well. Give this unassuming looking place a try, you'll not regret it.

What a nice place to eat upscale food. The restaurant has been around since the 1800's! The current owner and chef does Sushi roles really really well. All I have to say is Volcano Roll baby! Half price sushi on Thursdays. We will be back this Thursday! The deserts are amazing. No joke. I got the Chocolate cake which was really good and my wife got the caramel sponge cake also really good.

Amazing all the way around! The Cabin has a very nice, quiet ambiance. We were seated quickly, service was top notch, and the food was absolutely delicious with generous portions.

The atmosphere was fantastic, the music was fitting, the food was amazing! Went on a date night with my husband and the mood lighting was pretty sweet! Definitely a different place. 100% recommend and will be coming more often. Best sushi in this area hands down

Tonight was my first time at the cabin, and I have to say it was amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, my husband and I was really happy with our server (Paula) very friendly, and on her game. We both ordered steak which was perfectly cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed my dinner and my first visit there. Thank you very much.. we will be back soon

We went to the cabin restaurant after many years of absence. We heard on a local radio station that they would be having clam bakes in the month of December. The weather was beautiful and we are outside. The patio was quite , private and beautiful. I ordered the lobster clam bake and my husband ordered the chicken clam bake. Our food was hot, well seasoned and delicious. The meal cake with fresh clam Chowder, clam broth that was fantastic . The lobster and the chicken was wonderful. Our entire meal was so great we asked to talk to the manager or owner to tell them great the meal was and we don’t normally do that ! We will absolutely be back and support this wonderful local restaurant.

I just moved around the corner and have heard many good things about the Cabin. I decided to take my fiance here for her birthday dinner, and I must say, we were thrilled. The service was great, our server Pam was so friendly! She instantly developed a rapport with us and made us feel like regulars. The food was seriously on point. The mussels were so tasty and well cooked. Tender and flavorful, and only $5 on Mondays! I got the brisket sandwich and my fiance got the eggplant. Needless to say, the brisket was phenomenal. Smoked in house, local pork; it was incredible. I consider myself to be a pretty accomplished home cook, and this blew me away. The eggplant was great too! I don't even like eggplant, and the few bites I was able to sneak when she wasn't looking were excellent.

All in all understand one thing: believe the hype. This place is great. The price range is awesome even for people who are eating on a budget. I will be back soon.

I had not been to the cabin in almost 15 years but had an amazing experience Friday evening. Exceptional service from Mark. We had the calamari appetizer which was excellent, two sushi rolls (my husband said the volcano roll was one of his favorites of all time), and each had a steak. Everyone was happy with their meal and my filet was amazing. Going to start going to this local staple more often.

I've eaten here a couple of times and each time was positive. The most recent time I had the fish fry which was on weekly special. The fish was hot, fresh, tasted great. The sides were good as well. Restaurant was clean and looked well maintained. I'd definitely return.

I have been here twice now. The staff is friendly and I love the atmosphere. I today had the shrimp and grits and it was so delicious. The dish is much more sweet and savory than you'd expect and the grits are just perfectly cooked. I loved that it was paired with the fried green tomatoes and collard greens because that's what I came in for originally.

Quiet Thursday night. Very attentive waitress. All the food was amazing... From the crab cakes appetizer to the in house made chocolate cake! Filet cooked perfectly and bacon wrapped scallops were large, firm and sweet. Definitely a go back soon.

Carmen is the owner of this outstanding restaurant. The food is excellent from steaks to salads. Our waitress, Wendy, suggested brown sugar as a salad dressing, a one of a kind. Was it good. From the bartender to the waitresses plus one waiter are all excellent in their professionalism in taking care of their customers as they come to The Cabin for lunch or dinner. All of this does not happen unless you are greeted with a friendly smile by the hostess and chefs that know how make an excellent meal that makes you want to come back again to The Cabin.

Love this restaurant! My husband and I come here weekly. I always get half priced sushi on Thursday’s. The Phoenix roll and Philly roll are my favorites. My husband has had many of their entrees and loved them all! His favorites are the Delmonico, French Onion Soup, Pot Stickers, Ginger Beef - and new to the menu - Fried Chicken Breast’s with cavatopi mac and cheese. Great atmosphere and friendly staff - our favorite place to eat!

Never had an 18oz pork chop! Like butter! Sushi is probably the best in this area for sure. For people who complain about the wait that just means it’s busy. The best places always are. As for the service I’m not sure what they’re talking about. Probably saw the prices and got shocked. I’m frugal myself but when a meal is one of the best you’ll ever have its worth it. Gourmet, fresh, flavor etc. Can’t say enough.

Fantastic meal here! Each one of us ordered something different; Salmon, BBQ Brisket, Burger, Prime Rib & Steak. Every dish had a beautiful presentation & tastes delicious! We had sushi also & one of the out of towners in our party said it was some of the best they ever had! Can’t wait to go back!!

I live in the neighborhood and have eaten at the Cabin several times. We have also done carryout Sushi a dozen + times. The atmosphere is relaxed inside. The quality of the food is really good. I don't have a negative thing to say. Every restaurant has an off night here and there but I haven't seen it. Keep up the good work Carmen.

My family came here for New Years Eve dinner. The food was great and the staff was running on only two people. I was shocked and impressed by the dedication of the staff and how well they were able to operate so limited with such a full dining room. From what they told us they were not expecting the turn out but they did amazing. Would recommend

First time eating here and I am blown away! I had the burger with fries as my meal and the grilled cheesecake for dessert. Everything was fresh and tasted great- one of the best burgers I have ever had. Our waiter, Mark, was excellent! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you for an awesome experience, Carmen!
