Cleveland Clinic - Willoughby Hills Family Health Center

Dr. Raymond Rackley saw my sister today, and I highly recommend him as a urologist. He has very good Dr. to patient etiquette.

I had an appointment a earlier this week to pick out my cochlear implant processor and my audiologist was awesome. Surgery is next week in Beachwood.

Went in for some routine blood work and there was a mishap with my blood work order. It was my fault but the staff said they could message my doctor in real-time to sort it out and it literally took less than 5 minutes and I was able to get the blood work I needed. Outstanding service and I am incredibly appreciative that they were able to help me there instead of me having to make another trip later.

Clean, quiet, and quick. The staff were all pleasant. Love later doctor service!

I have always been promptly greeted and rarely need to wait for my appointments. My doctor listens thoroughly and follows through completely. I have not had to use the express care but the resident physicians are outstanding.

Dr.Robinson is the best!! We are so blessed to have her! The nurses are awesome and they follow-up on their patients! Absolutely love this facility for my children.

Have always had a good experience here. On time, if not early. Even last minute, no appointment visits have gone well. Dr. Mossad and Stefica are great. Labs are usually quick. I really like MyChart. Just don't send me downtown.

Dr. Hughes has been my physician for many, many years. He listens thoughtfully and has addressed my issues as I age. I am always comfortable with his treatment and diagnosis. I consider myself to have him as my doctor.

NURSES ARE SO OFTEN FORGOTTEN BUT THE FACT IS THEY ARE THE HEART OF THE MEDICAL SYSTEM AND VICKI HAS A GREAT HEART...

This location is great because it’s nearby and they keep appointments on time almost always when I visit!

I have had 2 appointments with Debra Meeks, she is a Nurse Practitioner, I was treated and questioned with the highest quality of care. She made me feel comfortable and secure. Her nurse and she are the Best of the Best!! Wholistic care at its FINEST.

I see Dr. Pickering-Beers and she is amazing and very attentive to my needs. I can't imagine seeing anyone else.
I have a pain management doctor at the Willoughby Clinic.Dr. Nageeb addressing my pain and tries other ways to relieve it. Awesome doctor.

I love that the staff takes their time to explain, I have been in and out every time I have been here, but, this last time was the best! I was so frightened that I had Shingles, but, my mind was put to rest.
