Homestead Hollow County Park

This park is SO beautiful. We stopped to meet up with our cousins as they took some FALL Anniversary Pictures. The trees were changing so beautifully. A wedding was happening in the Barn. I only saw a very small portion of the park but the paths, bridge and pond were enough for me to fall in love. What a treasure.

5 out of 5. Would recommend. Spent a couple hours walking on the black and brown trails. The trails were a little muddy but there was a lot of rain last week. The facilities look nice and well kept. Ron Swanson would call this, "A very good park." Ron would like that this park is not free to enter but I'm sure he'd pay the $5 to "Look at a duck."

I appreciate this dog park. Nice open play area upon entering, with an agility course. Diverse Terrain and flora to hike. God people and pets. Slightly longer walk from parking area to park, as compared to other Washington County dog parks, but time for dogs to smell, or run across the soccer fields
I would recommend.

This a beautiful park to visit, and it's away from most manmade noises like highways.

A great place to do some reading in the fresh air.

This gorgeous park has an intricate trail network leading through beautiful wooded areas and scenic ponds. Although it’s a rectangular-shaped park, it doesn’t feel like one. Its designers have managed to fit lots of recreational options inside it. There are several large soccer fields, lots of picnic places, and plenty of secluded areas where you can get away from it all.

An excellent peaceful place. A lot of space for dog walks and play. There are paved walking trails. The restored barns can be rented. There's a pond (no swimming) and playground.

We attended a wedding at this location the weather was perfect you have to have good weather on your day and the place is fantastic it is definitely a great place to hold your menu however you are dependent on mother nature to provide the atmosphere as we had a perfect early fall day the colors were right the temperature was perfect it could not have been better they have a campfire ring they have things for the children to do as it is a park everything was clean and tidy when we started and everything is clean and tidy when we left as we respected this menu for others to enjoy after us

Perfect space for your small pups! It was little Sammy Jack's 1st experience at a dog park. He loves to play fetch and this was his first time ever being able to run & play in a safe enclosed environment!

Huge park with trails to walk and run, soccer fields, a large dog park, and restrooms. Great place to walk or to hang out with family.

Great for a party that you plan, organize & clean up. Ours was top notch!

Quite a lovely little park with nice trails- some of which are paved and thus more accessible.

Beautiful park with lots of woodland trails to choose from. Trails are labeled in different colors on posts and easy to follow with a short cut option as well. I am so happy to have found this place and look forward to seeing it in the fall!

Nice sledding hill, walking paths, clean restrooms. Party Barn for events.

Has a very nice park for dogs and some hiking trails. Plenty of parking and in the winter they have a nice hill for sledding.

Soccer fields great hike trail and the fishing pond has gold fish carp mix, a bit shy but a great fun to catch. Also has trout and lots of bluegill

Great dog friendly park, my kid and I frequently biked the trails here. Big park- fun!

We enjoyed sledding then our reservation at th burn garden where the playground was in view for the kids as well as the ice rink. Trails and dog park available as well. You need a day or annual pass for entry which can be purchased day of online.

Wonderful park, especially now that they have partnered with 1840 Brewing for the Burngarten.

This a beautiful park with really nice walking trails. Except some people are going to ruin it for others. Their is a ordinance that ALL DOGS must be leashed.{Their is signs stating it} I walk my puppy there every day and EVERYDAY I run across people that think they don't need to follow ordinances. My 5 month old puppy has been bull rushed three times now. Yesterday the owner didn't even bother to call dog back. Just apologized once he got up by me. On top of that people are not picking up the dog waste. {Again, Signs all over stating pick up your dogs waste} Their is dog waste everywhere on trails and soccer fields. Just really sad that a few people have to ruin a good thing for others. Soon this beautiful park will be like others and not allow dogs, And I will only have these people to thank for that!! I give 5 stars for this beautiful park but won't give one star for people that bring their dogs there and not take care of them!

We have our family picnic there annually. (for the past 6 years) It has plenty of parking, and electrical service inside the building to keep food hot in crock pots. Flush toilets and clean bathrooms. Great playground for the kids, volleyball pit and space for yard games. We always clean up after each event. It has worked out very well for our gatherings.
