Golden Mountain Restaurant

I first ordered takeout from Golden Mountain last summer on a whim and have been habitually ordering at least once a month since then. The service is always friendly and timely, although it seems like they may be a little understaffed on some days.

The food quality is consistently high and always fresh, with my personal favorite being their Governor's Chicken. A heavy portion of good cuts of chicken, battered in a wonderfully soft and sweet tempura; the sauce pleasantly sweet and spicy. It may be an odd thing to include in a review, but Golden Mountain serves some of the best white rice I've had the pleasure of eating.

As some other reviews might mention, the interior is a bit dim and dated... But personally, I find it adds a bit of charm and character.

All around, Golden Mountain is my absolute favorite takeout place in the area by a wide margin. Keep up the great work!

There is no better asian food then them, and the price is right. I would give 10 stars if I could，Delicious and prompt. Great vegetarian options and friendly staff! Would deffinatley recommend!

This is my go to place for consistantly delicious food. I am so picky about eggrolls and theirs are the best around. when I go to events I get requests for these eggrolls. I have eaten in but mostly do take out. Wonderful service.

First time here, so impressed! I ordered the Kung Pao chicken for takeout.

Large portion entrée, fresh and very tasty.

Tracy and Tony were super friendly and medium spicy was the perfect choice.

Just got the best beef chow mein I've ever had in my life from here. Everything else was great too.

I had not been here for a few years because the quality of the food had deteriated. However today my husband and I felt like Chinese food and I wanted to order takeout from someplace close to home. I read recent reviews that were good and said the restaurant was under new management so we gave it a try. We are glad we tried it. Food was nice and hot, fresh and tasted great. We'll be back ☺

Relaxed and good atmosphere food was amazing with good flavor and was clean inside and out!

The thing about this place is the staff, and secondly, the vegetables. Every piece of meat you get seems to be accompanied by a supremely cooked vegetable. It’s high-effort Cantonese Ohio food at a price point competitive with anyone around. Staff are always super nice and really make it worth the trip. I’m rooting for you, Golden Mountain. Thanks for providing me with my lo mein injections when I need them.

This place was fabulous. I had never heard of them or been here. It was a Monday and my usual China House was not open. I was having a craving for Chinese. I Googled Chinese food and they popped up. To be honest they are better than my usual spot. Customer service was great. A little more expensive but the food was worth it. Definitely will be returning.

Enjoyable experience - prompt and knowledgeable service; exceptionally tasty; portions large enough to take home; reasonably priced.
