All I can say is WOW! I had an amazing experience at Nissan of North Olmsted. Derrick was my salesman and he was the most helpful, kind and patient person ever. I was over the moon about my experience, and felt like Derrick and all of the Nissan of North Olmsted staff actually listened to me and the needs of my vehicle. I got placed in a beautiful car and I am so happy!

Outstanding service! I had an unexpected major mechanical malfunction with my 2007 Nissan 350Z and showed up to the service department without an appointment. I was promptly greeted and I explained the issue. In less than 45 minutes, my car was taken into the bay and inspected by a tech. About an hour later, Service Advisor Tom called me over and explained what had happened (including hand drawn diagrams). He suggested a course of action with pricing and also gave me potential follow-on actions with pricing so that I could fully understand the issue and the way ahead.
Tom was very honest and displayed genuine concern for me and my car. In the end, my car was fully repaired and the tech even installed a computer system update I didn't know was possible. Thank you so much to Tom and the entire service department for taking such great care of my 350Z. You guys are awesome!!!!

I had been to Four dealerships prior to having the opportunity to meet Leo and the sales team at Nissan of North Olmsted. The transaction was straight forward and what I felt to be honest, they had the vehicle I wanted and the transaction took place. Everything went smoothly. Then I got introduced the service when the battery on my car needed to be replaced. They are equally as honest and upfront. In my mind, I feel that they will go out of their way to help anyone who wants to buy a car from them. Based on my experiences with four other dealerships who remain nameless I felt very taken care of through Nissan of North Olmsted. I’m going to enjoy my new 2021 Rouge now and if I have any service issues I’ll definitely be back there to make sure they have the chance to fix it. Thank you.

Once again Service Representative Tom Kennish went above and beyond for my oil change and helped solve two additional concerns. And at a very reasonable price. He is the best! He even recommended a wonderful place for my wife and I to eat lunch during the work!

Love dealing with North Olmsted Nissan! Took great care of me. I didn’t have an appointment on Saturday, but needed to go in for an oil change and they took care of me. I bought my car from Gino Chuppa and he saw that I was there for service and made sure to check on me and that I was getting what I needed from the service department, it’s always such a positive experience anytime I go there.

It’s been months after my visit but came back to thank that man who showed me the 400z, i still remember it like it was yesterday. Was just viewing the 400z on the magazine in the waiting room and was told he wanted to show me my “future car” since i had a 350z myself. At first i was confused what he meant but when i saw the 400z It made me sooo happy and was so insane to me that i had a Hot wheel the same color of that z in my 350z. Then it gets crazier when the next day i happen to see it driving next to me on the road!! Was such a sweet man I wish i got his name. He deserves the world for the experience he gave me because he definitely didn’t have to do that. Plus the car came in that morning so nobody had seen it yet. Such a friendly man i hope to see him again so i can give him my Hot wheel as a token for his kindness :)

Nissan of North Olmsted is the ONLY place I will shop for cars! I wasn't even a Nissan person until I checked them out and was completely blown away by their patience and customer service. As a young female, I fear I will be taken advantage of when it comes to pricing, but that was NOT the case here. They worked hard to get me the best possible deal, and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I had! I did not feel rushed our pressured to make any decision. Their customer service is truly remarkable!

I had a phenomenal experience at Nissan of North Olmsted! I'd been putting off car-buying because I just didn't want to feel pressured into anything by pushy sales people. I bit the bullet to try and get some Black Friday deals and I wound up actually having fun at this dealership - it was SO EASY. Ben was my sales rep and he was so incredibly knowledgeable about the Rogue that I had my eye on, and was very patient and friendly. Kelly ushered me through all of the paperwork and finance and had me laughing my way through it. I could not have had a better car-buying experience! I was very pleased with my experience. It was my first time bringing my car into the North Olmsted location so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was in and out within an hour and was not haggled about any other repairs or services I should get or pay for that day. I was simply given a sheet of things that my car would need soon and told to come back whenever I’m ready. I really appreciated that.
