I called the cemetery to ask what I could do about my brother & sister's markers sinking into the ground. Not only did they raise them but they cleaned them and put gravel around both. I was so happy I nearly cried.
Thank you so very much. You have no idea what this meant to me.

The cemetery plots of several of my relatives are located at Eastlawn Cemetery.

This cemetery is far smaller than Green Lawn Cemetery, which means that it is far simpler [when compared with equivalent trips to Green Lawn Cemetery] to find my relatives' cemetery plots each time we visit there.

All of my relatives' plots are located near the entrance and are immediately northwest of the circular "Garden of Angels" area [which I presume is for young children who have died].

Eastlawn Cemetery is approximately three miles west of John Glenn Columbus International Airport which means that large planes will sometimes be flying overhead while we are visiting there.

We came all the way from Michigan on August 9th to visit my father and grandparents gravesites. Had to go into the office to find out exactly where they were & it was crowded (they had a sign on the door about people maintaining 6 feet from each other that wasn't being enforced (the office is small). There were a LOT of these little flying bugs all over the office and all over the walls and ceiling (I don't know what they were but it was nauseating). There was a man going in and out of the office, a older lady sitting at a desk and a younger woman helping the people ahead of me. Nobody was greeting anyone as they walked into the office. After getting to the area where my family's gravesites were it still took a while of walking around to find my dad's and I found GARBAGE on it (a crushed BEER can 🤬) I never did locate my grandma and grandpa's gravesite which broke my heart but we had walked around long enough looking for my dad's and it was very hot and we had our two small children with us. A lot of the gravesites were barely even visible and overgrown with grass with isn't good because that means that they are not easily located by their loved ones AND could be easily stepped on which is also not good because it's just disrespectful..so they need to do a MUCH better job of keeping the grounds clean and free of garbage and make sure that the headstones of the departed are not overgrown with grass so they can be seen/found. There were headstones that were not in the proper upright positions either and that should be corrected ASAP.

Very upset with these folks my brother died Feb. 2021 headstone paid in full July 2021 not on his grave though. Repeated visits and calls and misinformation. Top that off with he wasn't buried in the plots my mom purchased when my youngest brother was buried. Very upset 😡. Larry was buried away from Lowell not in his purchased plot. My mom is 83 very sick on oxygen and this is truly hurting her especially her breathing not sure what to do.

I started my journey on March 17, 2022 to find the resting place of my love one. I went to the cemetery office and was told he was in Eastlawn Cemetery. He was not in this Cemetery. I called March 21st and was given information that he was in Evergreen Burial Park. I looked for over an hour and did not find him. I called March 22nd to see if flag was put on grave site as secretary mentioned. It was not. I received call from secretary at Cemetery on March 24th. She instructed me to come to Cemetery and someone will take me to his burial site. I waited an hour while the owner paid his staff, answered phone calls, ordered flowers for a funeral, and spoke with staff on driveway. When he was finished, he said I bet you are ready.
