Solid Rock is by far the best place to help individuals find a job, Tiffany is very nice knows how to get things done, I’m also thankful for her getting me the job at The Great Lakes Cheese facility in Hiram so with that I say thank you Tiffany! 😀

They are christian based and very family oriented. The care they offer is best quality. They take care of their staff in turn the staff take good care of the clients that are more like family. Best company for special needs independent living in geauga county. Staff are well trained and kept prepared for any situation and the ceos are still seen working with individuals. They are 100 percent dedicated to their company that if you were to ask its more like family. Always asking for feedback on how they can be better for both staff and in the quality for care. They truly love feedback. Great company. Even throw fundraisers for the clients to be able to have more opportunities and activities to do like for clients to go on vacation or to pick up an extra activity provided by metzenbaum. Like art class or just getting out to enjoy the community to see things like the science center or go to the zoo. Or stay healthy at the ymca. They make sure staff get their incentives and have healthcare available, a retirement plan that they match and a life insurance policy that starts the day you have your interview and paid for by the company. A truly wonderful company.

Solid Rock is a truly amazing company! All of the clients have a personal vehicle for staff to take them to work, appointments, vacations, or special events. Solid Rock has a big Thanksgiving celebration every year and Santa & Mrs. Claus visit clients every Christmas. These are just a few of the many wonderful things that set them apart from others. They are also very supportive to their staff. They have many clients & staff that have been with them from the start! They are so much more than a provider, they are a family.

The team at Solid Rock on Which We Stand are doing amazing work in the community. They have been gracious hosts in their gorgeous space for many of our Chamber events, and are active community volunteers, donors, and sponsors. They are truly helping to shape the Chardon area in a positive light and we couldn't be happier to have them here on South Street.

Speaking of their gorgeous space, it is for rent and you will have access to their fully functional kitchen. Be sure to read the sweetest historical piece and take in the beautiful artwork inspired by Tiffany's grandmother, that hangs in their dining area!

The Smetana's are amazing people and provide exceptional care to their clients. They work hard to help them integrate into the community so that feel a connection to the place they call home. They are constantly looking for volunteer opportunities to include their clients, whether it be through a community event, or business related operation. Solid Rock On Which We Stand provides excellent care for my disabled adult son. Solid Rock communicates well with the family regarding the support needed to allow my son to enjoy as much independence as possible, which includes daily needs, transportation to work, and social activities.
