I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Feng and her staff. I felt that Dr. Feng really listened to what was important to me. Her time was well spent in our consultation and she was present post -op to explain what she found. The way she runs her clinic should set the standard for healthcare in our country.

I recently had an explant at Dr. Feng’s clinic and I had the best experience! I’m almost two weeks post op and my breast look amazing! Dr. Feng is truly gifted and a blessing to women suffering from breast implant illness. The ENTIRE STAFF (I emphasize on that) was welcoming. Dr. Feng has an amazing team with her and that made my experience all the more great. I am grateful to all of you ❤

The Lu-Jean Feng Clinic is above and beyond anything I could ever have imagined. My experience began with setting up my surgical date. Linda does everything she can to get you scheduled and to help answer any and all questions you may have. She is kind, knowledgeable and even helped me find a nice, safe place to stay. The gentlemen at the front door treated me with kindness and great respect. It’s nice to be greeted by friendly, helpful, kind people and I really appreciated it. The front desk staff are all so sweet and helpful. As I’m waiting to see the Doctor they brought me a cold glass of fruit water. They explained what would take place next and were so warm, friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed the FengFitFood and high protein smoothies. I got addicted to the chocolate with peanut butter. ;) The international fame of Dr. Feng was a little intimidating for a retired nurse, but she is an absolute delight! She is brilliant, but always down to earth too. I really liked her when we met. She spent so much time going over every detail and answered so many questions I had. She also discovered I had Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. She’s helped me begin treatment for that also. Her ideas are different because she’s an incredible researcher too. The nerve blocks she did, saved me from having that terrible feeling after having anesthesia. That alone is brilliant!
After being sick for decades with breast implant illness I was apprehensive about having the implants removed. She explained things so well that the morning of surgery I felt completely at ease. I woke up with my post-op nurse, Michelle. I felt like I’d just taken a nap. I had no pain whatsoever. The nurses kept in contact during the entire surgery with my daughter and she was very grateful and impressed.
The nurses...well, they are the best and do everything in their power to help you heal, accommodate you, give you laser treatments if you prefer etc. The laser treatments helped me greatly. The help heal your incisions and the warmth actually felt good. Imagine that! I enjoyed doing the hyperbaric chamber treatments. I thought I was claustrophobic, but I was fine, relaxed and actually fell asleep. The nurses are always with you and encouraging you. Such a sweet bunch of ladies! Lona and Maddie, practically held my hand through it all. They’d call ahead and have a delicious smoothie waiting for me. The Feng Clinic is a beautiful place with so much to offer. I was surprised to be at such a prestigious clinic (treating patients from 34 counties) to be affordable. I had interviewed surgeons from Florida to Virginia, until I met Dr. Feng. I knew without a single doubt she was the surgeon for me. I was absolutely right!
I am now 12 days post-op and doing well. I can honestly say after having my implants removed with a mastopexy (lift) I look better than I did with the implants. She’s that good! I became fond of those ladies. The nurses called each morning to see how I was. If you needed anything they were right on it.,
If I could give 10 stars I would. Do not hesitate having your surgery there. I am healing and so thankful for the surgical results. Working my way back to a normal life again, thanks to Dr. Feng and her wonderful staff!

Meeting Dr. Feng and the staff was even better than I dreamed about. From the minute I arrived to meet Gary. He was so warm and personalized my welcome by name and knew about my history which means a lot. I spoke to Jade who was always so kind over the phone especially for being out of state and traveling to and from the clinic alone. I met Sarah at the front desk who was sweet from beginning to end, Linda was professional and it felt real the moment she took me back to meet Dr. Feng. Wow! it says a lot of how comfortable she makes you feel because I didn’t cry and I can’t hold back tears when sharing my history. It is emotional and painful. She was so intelligent and caught up on all my notes to really know her patient. What an angel! I knew there was no one else I would go to for this surgery and finally being here and experiencing it, I can’t help but take in and share every moment. Michele was the nurse I spoke to over the phone and finally got to meet her and talk and laugh and she made the comfort level a 10+. Dori gave me a tour of the clinic and Rachel helped me order some delicious food to go. I met Gina on the way out who was friendly and kind to complete my visit. Coming from a Hospitality background, the only thing missing here is a place to sleep. It has everything under one roof and the feeling you get inside is indescribable. I am smiling knowing my health is going to be restored under their care. Thank you Lu Jean Feng Clinic!!

Working with Dr Feng, and her entire staff, has been an absolute pleasure from the start. Not only is everyone kind, knowledgeable, and thorough; they truly love their job and the purpose of what Dr. Feng is accomplishing. Dr, Feng listened to everything I had been through and what I was hoping for moving forward. I felt so incredibly taken care of. On top of everything she is an artist. She performed my explant and lift and honestly I am certain my breasts have never looked this fabulous in my entire life! And that’s after having carried and nursed three babies! Absolutely recommend Dr. Feng!!

Dr. Feng and her staff are miracle workers. Her clinic is the best of the best. I'm sad to see the negative reviews that haven't even interacted with Dr. Feng because they weren't able to get an appointment. She is booked well in advance and popular for a reason.

I had high expectations regarding Dr. Feng and I must say my expectations were not only met but greatly exceeded. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, talented and such a beautiful lady! I explanted with Dr. Lu-Jean Feng on 3/8/2019. Only two weeks out from surgery, I can honestly say, with my entire heart and soul, that Dr. Feng is an absolute angel, and my entire experience with her and her staff was beyond my wildest dreams. I had been so nervous to explant, worried about how my breasts would look afterwards, apprehensive, because of some of the negative reviews I had seen, petrified about going under...but all of my worries dissolved as soon as I had my consult day at the clinic. The entire time I felt cared for, supported, loved, valued, and SAFE. I am absolutely shocked that anyone would say anything negative about Dr. Feng, and I stand by my opinion - that she is absolutely a miracle worker. I am healing beautifully, my breasts look better than I could have ever hoped for (I like them even better now WITHOUT implants), and almost all of my symptoms from Breast Implant Illness are gone. If you have any doubts about Dr. Feng, please dissolve them, she is an unparalleled care-giver, and I highly recommend her on every level. If I could write a 10-star review, I would!

Dr. Lu-Jean Feng and all of the staff at the Feng Clinic and Feng Fit and Feng Fit Foods are amazing! Dr. Lu-Jean Feng is an amazing surgeon. She will take the time to explain what she will do during surgery and why. Dr. Feng will tell you what she expects from you as a patient pre surgery and post surgery. Dr. Feng is very conscious about the health of your body from the inside out. This allows for the best results during and after your surgery. I am so glad I did my research for my surgery and found Dr. Lu-Jean Feng and The Feng Clinic.

Upscale medical and health beauty related services. Always Greeted kindly at the door. Excellent skin care treatment options as well as massages, oxygen therapy, prescription skin care products too. The Feng food is fabulous.

If you have any back or musculature issues, spend at least 60 minutes with Scott for massage therapy. I don't go for the frou frou massage, not do I see this as a luxury. A great massage is healing, it addresses issues pills can only bandaid. I have back pain which doesn't show up on an X-ray, which renders a doctor visit useless. Getting a deep tissue massage which targets any areas of discomfort, is the healthy solution to feeling better.

If you are considering injectables, you must see Lisa at this clinic. She is talented and gives amazing results! She will listen to your needs and is considerate of your time! Never any waiting! Run there!

I am so appreciative of Dr LuJean Feng for all of her informative videos and interviews on BII. She has helped me so much. Sadly I am not in her area or I would consider having her do my surgery. Thank you Dr Feng for taking your valuable time to inform us.
