Nora's Public House

Came from Kentucky to Willoughby to buy a car from the Dodge dealer. Ask the salesman for a good lunch recommendation and was given Nora’s . Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST fish and chips I’ve ever eaten! Servers were amazing and atmosphere was spot on! If ever given the opportunity to be back in the area will definitely be back!

This place reminds me so much of any local pub in Ireland. My husband had a cheeseburger and he said it was excellent. I was raving about my purple Guinness. See menu and picture.

I didn’t think o would have one of the best seafood pastas of my life, at a Irish bar, but I did! The fish and chips were delicious too. Great service, unbelievable food, good drinks. Will be back!

1st time visiting. Service was great, friendly & very attentive. Food was delicious. Sat outside on the patio, only complaint was that the music was too loud. Definitely will be back.

Went for brunch on Sunday and was promptly greeted and served. Great, attentive customer service and an extensive menu. Fun place to have a mimosa and a nice helping of hearty food. Very fair pricing. Good atmosphere.

It was like stepping back into pub in Ireland. Food was fresh. Hot and good. Good selections of pub food. Family friendly atmosphere.

Went there for lunch with my mom and brother. Everything was excellent. Had The Irishman burger, Reuben, and the Hot Honey pierogi's. Service for great and not too busy for lunch.

Food is incredible here! I have tried this place at least 5 times and have had fish and chips, New Yorker and fried chicken sandwich… all are incredible and keep me coming back. Have yet to have something on this menu that disappoints and between friends and family we have probably tried at least half the menu. Good beers on draft too so this place is an all around slam dunk.

We brought our pup to the patio. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food and drinks were outstanding. We'll be going back for sure.

Came for the pub crawl and had a great meal with awesome service.

I ordered the Irishman, which is a half pound burger with white cheddar, caramelized onion, and pub sauce. The burgers here are cooked exactly as ordered. Thanks to the chef.

The fresh cut fries were piping hot and tasty. Malted vinegar was the perfect topping.

We drove up from Erie to have a small day trip to the greater Cleveland area. Downtown Willoughby was an old stomping ground for us in our younger days, so we decided to check out Nora's with our teenage kids.

We visited on a Sunday when the Browns had a home game.

The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The brunch menu was full of great traditional brunch offerings. We opted to order from the main menu which too did not disappoint.

The food was served hot, accurate, and promptly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered.

I would definitely return to Nora's on our next trip to Willoughby.

We had a great meal at Nora's which we found after bicycling into town, setting up our tent as part of the 34th Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure. My photo is not far from Nora's but it reflects the spirit and creativity of Willoughby merchants. I never use THC products but my name is Art and I regard myself as an Artist so the chalk words on the pavement are worth keeping

We stopped in here on a whim for lunch over the weekend and it was great. The service was fantastic and the food was really, really good. Their burgers are thick and cooked perfectly and the Cajun coleslaw was surprisingly good. The prices were about what you'd expect for nicer pub food, but they give you plenty of food.

Fantastic experience - the bartender was quick, friendly, and not too often surprising me with a mouthful. Which is saying something because the food here is dense and delicious, and the portions are huge, even for the slightly-above-normal prices.

The selection of brews, ciders, and standbys was a huge plus in addition to the standard bar liquors.

I'll definitely look to return, this was a great find.

So this little Irish gem in downtown Willoughby is absolutely fantastic. Very small and intimate but packs a punch when it comes to unique dishes and food. Service and pours were top notch. On Tuesday's they have trivia, $2 chicken tacos, and they are extremely good. The chicken fingers look pricey ($14) but you are getting quality, large portion (6 very large tenders) handbreaded, and cooked to perfection. The homemade ranch and bbq are to die for. So many good items on the menu. If you like Irish food, this is definitely a must visit spot in Lake county.

This place is seriously one of the best restaurants/bars I've been to. The atmosphere is cool, with a great patio, good service, good drinks, and the food is out of this world amazing!! The chicken tenders and fried pretzels are seriously amazing, and the beef on weck sandwich was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!

We Came to Nora’s for Taco Tuesday. My family enjoyed the tacos. I on the other hand had wings and Celtic egg rolls. The egg rolls are so delicious and crispy! Plus the bartender working was awesome! We would definitely come back!!
