The Honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts ARE AMAZING! Emily or waitress was very friendly and service from everyone else was great. Highly recommend place to eat there.
Pizza was thin and very tasty.

I hope the owner sees my post here. I wanted to publicly thank him for paying for my food last night. When my so called date, walked out on me and refused to pay for my food, like a proper gentleman does for a woman.. he asks out for a date. It was above and beyond great customer service and it was such a kind thing to do for a stranger he never met before. I always love coming to your restaurant, the atmosphere is wonderful and all of your servers are wonderful people as well. They felt bad, he treated me this way and offered me moral support. I thank them to as well. Thank you again..

We were able to get a seat immediately, service was amazing! Didn't have to ask for water, they just brought it to the table. I got the pizza and it was absolutely amazing! I also got to try the Ballantine burger, their smoked mayo is out-of this world! Great prices for delicious food!!

Great bar atmosphere! We came in for pizza week and the figgy pizza was delicious and so were the wings! Great list of draft beers too! The staff and service was exceptional as well.

It was the perfect place to ring in the New Year! They never seemed stressed.

Nice comfortable place we stop at regularly when in historic downtown Willoughby. We stopped in today for a drink and an appetizer. I had the "Zombie Dust" from 3 Floyds Brewing Co. My wife had a dirty martini. Both drinks were served quickly and tasted great.

For the appetizer we chose, Quiero Queso, which is a cheese based dip with chorizo sausage and tortilla chips.

Plenty of seating around 5-ish on a Saturday. I believe we beat the dinner rush.

We had a party of four on a Friday evening. We were seated quickly, in a booth by a window. Our server was attentive, but not intrusive. Drink order was taken quickly, as was our food order. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Everyone was happy with what arrived - pizza margherita, strip steak, roasted chicken, beet salad with shrimp. Good value for what was received. We would return, and would recommend.

Food was excellent. Cozy and comfortable. Love the small town feel of the restaurant.

We were able to walk in on a Friday night and get a table right away. I ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes and carrots. It was amazing.

Great restaurant with wonderful staff! The food and especially the signature cocktails were delicious. My friend and I had the sweetest waitress and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Yummy food options and although I didn't have a cocktail the drink menu and wine list looked amazing. Our server was awesome even for our large party of 17! Would definitely go back! I had a house salad with salmon and the salmon was cooked to perfection, salad greens were fresh and crisp. Loved it

This was my first time. I love the environment it was nice and relaxing. I was greeted with such warmth like I was expected. The waitress was polite, friendly, patient and efficient. I met my girlfriends 7 of us. The food was great, I ordered the spicy wings and the pizza, it was just right thin crust . All 7 of us had our own. I would definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends

Had the heavenly pasta and the lobster and shrimp risotto. The food and service was amazing. I definitely would come back.

I love going here. Everyone is friendly, the food is great and they have a wide variety of beer. I’ve never been to Ballantine and had a bad experience, unlike that tome at camp with my uncle. Overall it has a nice ambiance and it’s clean and welcoming. Great happy hour pricing. It does puzzle me why some folks come to a craft beer bar and order a bud light...weird.

Ballantine is such a great place! Super friendly staff and super clean look. Think modern steam punk, which is fantastic! Drinks and food were very good and everything was fair priced compared to the other restaurants on the strip in downtown Willoughby. We were surprised it wasn't busier but were very happy with the window table we were at. Will definitely be going back soon!

Very nice waiters and customer service. My friend and I (Both 13) Went there by ourselves and they treated us just like anybody else. We ordered pizza and it tasted great! 👍

It's a classy atmosphere but not too classy so you'll feel comfortable wearing whatever you want! Its a fine casual vibe. We went with a jazz band playing and it was phenomenal. The only reason there is minus one point bc it feels like some of the furniture has a bit of a plastic feel. You'll know what I am talking about when you go.
ALSO if you like the club scene this place is the place to go 9/10 club scene - the DJ is good but with a recent trip to vegas in mind my standards for DJs increased. It's ohio amazing, however.

I didn't order food here in the last year so I can't comment. It's been great in the past. My bar neighbor had a delicious looking dish that also looked high quality. You won't get pantry style food here.

The drinks were such a good price, my date was shocked and asked what was missed on the bill. The food is reasonably priced.
