Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

For me, going to Monro Auto Service and Tire Center was a very positive experience. They were able to squeeze me in when I had a flat tire. The shop I normally went to, couldn’t get me in for two days. Kim was very helpful with solutions to my problem, and Chris was very knowledgeable when it came to my different options. To top off the experience, they didn’t even charge me for the repair! I was in and out quickly and left feeling awestruck. What a great experience!

One of my technicians ran over a nail as he was attending a customers furnace in Waukesha. Quickly googled nearby tire places and this place popped up. Was able to schedule a same-day service visit for my technician who was in and out in no time. They did not even charge for this quick fix! Very impressed with their customer service and company overall. If I am ever in need of tire service again, they will be getting my call. Thank you!!

Cameron was phenomenal! By far best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. He offered to stay later to help me change my tire when I was stuck on the side of the road waiting hours for a tow truck. He not only offered me a great deal, but changed my tire quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Cameron and staff went above and beyond. Car troubles can be daunting for someone who isn't car savvy. Cameron created a sense of trust in the short amount of time we interacted. He clearly communicated what needed to be done for my car and showed me before and after. The ratio of money spent to noticeable results is better than anywhere else I've gone. For once, I don't feel like I got ripped off. I'm over the moon

I never even knew these guys were here. I ordered tires for my new truck on Amazon (another first) and this was their recommended installer. Amazon goofed up my order and sent the wrong tires. Monro fixed it and got me all straightened out. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Extremely timely, and professional. Andrew and the tech c. Perkins answered all my questions about my brakes and other services they provide. Over all incredible experience. Definitely will be going back and referring friends and family.

The employee that helped patch my tire in less than twenty minutes was incredibly kind and honest! A sincere business that I will go to in the future for any auto service needs.

Took my van into Midas to have the brakes checked before a long trip. Was told that the brakes were almost shot and rotors would need replaced, along with other things for that would cost almost 1000 bucks. Didn't have a good vibe from them. Took it to Monro to have those things addressed and they not only told me but showed me that nothing was wrong at all, and told me they wanted to make sure I didn't waste my money when it wasn't necessary! I'm very grateful. Instead of trying to make an easy buck, they were honest and looked out for my best interests as a customer. They didn't charge me a dime. Definitely will return...Monro earned my trust today!

My daughter blew her tire on the way home from work. Monro was the only place that could replace all of her tires the same day so she wouldn't miss work. Prices are in line with other stores. Service was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Genuinely hassle free experience from helpful, knowledgeable staff. I had two tires replaced and it was done quickly, there was no pressure for additional unnecessary work/parts, they even drove me home and picked me back up when the work was finished, and the total cost came out lower than the website estimate (which was the lowest price in Waukesha already). I'll definitely be going back to them for the other two tires and any other work my car needs in the future and recommending them to anybody in need of auto repairs.

With all the big name car dealerships on this stretch of Moreland it's easy to miss this little place. I would absolutely recommend Monro over the big dealerships. They have more of a "mom and pop" shop feel. You are more than a number, they treat you with respect and kindness. Over the years I have taken my vehicles to many of these automotive businesses on Moreland. I wish I would have discovered Monro earlier. Low prices, kind people and great service.

I called just before closing time - had a flat tire when I came out of work and needed to get home to Madison. Mikey and Chris were so friendly and accommodating! Told me to bring it in - they patched up my tire in no time at all! Made me feel welcome and were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I would recommend this business to my mom, grandma and all my friends! Thank you for getting me home safe and sound tonight!!

Excellent service and pricing! I I was looking for a specific set of tires for my vehicle. No one in the area had these in stock. Mikey at Monro not only recommeded me tires that were better than the ones I had been looking for, he also managed to get them in the same day and in the same pricing range I wanted. Mikey, Cameron and the team at Monro had me in and out the door in less than an hour with 4 new tires. I will definitely be back when I need service or car maintenance.

Staff was amazing to work with, offering options of scheduling to get me in as soon as possible or when it was convenient for me. They were accomodating in a stressful situation of not being able to get my tire off and already having purchased a tire elsewhere. They didn't hesitate to do the right thing and help in the situation. Impressed with the family feel of being taken care of and relieved when they were able to help so quickly. They even offered options for pick up to make it an even easier process. I will be coming back and Monro on Paramount will be top choice for all future needs.
