Called from Texas for a funeral in Willowick, Ohio. These folks were so helpful, cheerful and kind. To care of our flowers in a beautiful arrangment.

I live in Colorado and ordered some flowers on-line for my sister-in-law's birthday, who lives in Eastlake, OH. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner. She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement.

And asked if it was okay to replace it with another one. Which I said yes to.

She was very courteous, respectful and professional. I highly recommend her floral business to everyone!

By the way my sister-in-law just loved them!

Ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day. Delivered within the window that I requested. Beautiful! Recipient loved! A week later and still vibrant, and sturdy and even had a few buds open recently! Thank you

Whenever I need an order, I call Flowers and More and tell them to put together an assortment in a given price range. They've never disappointed me. Highly recommend.

Stopped here a hour ago to get some flowers for my girlfriend. Another man came in and he was able to get flowers through a supervisor or manager of some sort. She was also the person that rung him up. I was waiting behind him for the same request when I heard her whisper to him that “this deal is not for everyone” he turned around and looked at me in shock and then looked back at her. I returned the same look to him. She continued to whisperer how those roses was only for that customer. Never cared to explain why or even acknowledge me as a customer. We are all in the store shopping for the same thing. Regardless of what’s going on. The least she could have done was have decent customer service. Instead what I saw was privilege. Me and my coworkers left after that.

I had a wedding in 2020 and ordered some flowers. Later that night i learned we had to cancel the wedding due to covid. I called first thing in the morning, at 10am, about 20 hours later after placing the order, and they would not refund the $400 spent. I doubt they even started on the flowers. No compassion at all. The flowers weren't due until five days later. Very poor customer service do not recommend. I would give a 0/5 if i could

Pretty nice flowers but the owners attitude is horrible.

I was extremely disappointed in the bouquet my daughters purchased for her wedding she paid $250 for a lame bouquet it was so small, only 13 roses with a little babies breath. The ribbon wrapped around the bouquet looked as if a bow was attempted and forgotten to finish. While my daughters were picking up the bouquet. A gentleman asked the price of a dozen roses. They said it was $35 wrapped and $50 for a vase. The bouquet they got is barely worth what a $50 vase of roses would have cost. They could have saved a ton of money and wrapped the flowered themselves.
All the shop said when I called them is that they were top notch flowers. Which in my opinion is not true.

Went into the store for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a cashier. As I was checking items for (non-existent) price tags, she continued talking to a customer, who had already made a purchase several minutes prior, before coming over to help. The employee later scolded me for opening the cooler doors for too long, as I was looking at their overpriced merchandise. Avoid this place.
