I use to be afraid of going to the dentist, until I went to forward dental Brookfield.
The staff is nice and professional. I immediately felt comfortable enough to relax, and face this fear head on. I been going here for a couple years now and I love it. Dr. H is the best and I'm going to miss him dearly.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had, anywhere. From the receptionist, to the manager, to Dr Holubowicz and his assistant. Everyone works in precision with one another, the assistant and Dr work perfectly together. The environment is professional but relaxed and welcoming as well. Billing has been handled flawlessly. I travel over an hour to come here and pass countless dental offices on the way. My crowns are beautiful and my smile has been restored. I have more work to do and will be coming to Forward Dental Brookfield for all my dental work. As far as I’m concerned this staff is GOLD STANDARD for dental care.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. Very little, if any, waiting to be called to the treatment room. Treatment is explained so I understand what is going to be done. Again, everyone is friendly.

Very comprehensive and thorough, with a great chair-side manner. Excellent info about how I can improve my oral health, too. The 3D scan is definitely cool, too!

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone is always in a pleasant mood and make the experience a good one. Even when you may have anxiety about the dentist, they make you feel at ease. Kettie is an excellent hygienist and makes you feel comfortable.

Very honest and helpful group of workers. From the front desk to the assistant, and the dentist. Everyone was very welcoming. Explained everything very well and what the process would be going forward with my specific dental needs. Definitely a great place to go to.

Forward Dental Brookfield has the most caring team from receptionist to hygienist to doctor and I wouldn’t go to any other practice in S.E. Wisconsin!

By far the best service I have ever received. I have always had issues with other dentists they seem to handle me rough. I am a new patient at Forward Dental and they made me feel very comfortable and fearless. I have finally found a dentist that meets my needs. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Holubowicz aka Dr. H. and his dental hygienist provide wonderful service! I'm happy to say I have a caring, kind, detailed, and humorous dentist. I can honestly say that I never dread coming to my dental appointments. The office staff is very kind and welcoming. Kati is always so great! She’s fun to talk to and she does a great job at checking everything, cleaning everything, and making sure everything looks in the best shape possible. There are many forward dental locations closer to me and I still make the drive to this location because of her and the great staff here.

Dr. H., has been my dentist for approx. 10 years and in his hands I’ve become less anxious about dental procedures. He is so kind and gentle as well as his staff Meghan and all others. Love these guys!
