Arabica Coffee House

Just tried Arabica for the first time and absolutely LOVE it! I ordered an avocado toast and a strawberry kiss latte (12/10 recommend) and my boyfriend ordered a banana bread latte (he loved it!). The atmosphere is great and the service is amazing. Cannot wait to come back :)

An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.

I usually don’t go out for coffee, but I thought I would go to a local coffee house on this relaxing Saturday morning. Arabica seemed like the best option and I thought I would stop by. My first impression is that this coffee house has a great enviornment, and it’s also nice seeing happy employees for a change. I love the selection, and prices are very reasonable. I decided to order the mocha slide with caramel drizzle, and a maple pecan roll. The pairing was lovely, and upon first sip of my latte I was awaken with a burst of flavor. Wow! Just the right temperature, rich chocolate flavor without being overly bitter or having the roast taste burnt. My pecan roll was light, flavorful, and complimented my mocha well. The owner was very friendly and made sure to take my plate away when I was done. I’m quite impressed by this local shop in the heart of downtown Willloughy. Now, THIS is a true coffee house!

I make it a point to visit local coffee shops when I am visiting different places while traveling for work or pleasure. I really like the expresso roast they use for cappuccino and the muffins are great with a lot of variety. The service is super friendly as well.

Always very friendly staff and so much more peaceful than Fiona's. I like Fiona's too but Arabica's prices and coffees are better!

This place is super chill with a great staff, great coffee, and waaay better food options than most coffe shops.

Alright, I walked in here looking for good tea and I found more than just that. Nick and co are doing DTW a service and keeping the Arabica legacy (since 1993) alive. Everyone needs to come to this shop, chill, slow down, and have a nice conversation..with Nick! His green bandana, green R2D2 shirt, and Alton Brown-esque voice is more than enough to make you fall in love with this place 🤙🏼

Amazing food and service. Only complaint is that there is not a lot of inside seating. A lot of 2 person and single person bar tables, so not a place for a group hang out. But worth it for an independent study day or a brunch date.

What a great place to go, remember the good old days when the employees remember your name and what you drink. Well that’s what you get, service at its best, thanks everyone

Wonderful..love the coffee.pastries and the mammoth wedtern baked potatoe!!! Comfortable clean,great service...love sitting in the window watching the going ons in dtw willoughby with steaming coffee.

I come to Arabica at least once a week if not more. Every single person working here is so kind and seems to genuinely care about the work they do. Tim is an awesome owner and I am so happy to be able to support a local small business! The food is great and the drinks are too!

I had a delicious decaf caramel macchiato and for a late work night, I had the golden latte. I love the atmosphere, pastries and coffee. I enjoyed my time in Willoughbys old town!!

So I slowly walked into this location because I had a secret shopping job from a company called gigwalk on a side note love that company by the way however the new owner of arabica coffee was extraordinary since I'm such a nice guy if I didn't just leave a coffee job I probably would have asked him for one because he seems like the type of person that you want to work around. they do have some big shoes to fill because the former owners had been there for like ever and I remember going back way back in the day

The dessert selection and quality is 6/5!

The coffee is more 4/5, it just needs more of a punch to it, it is very subtle flavoring if you enjoy that. (Even my chai was just not that strong to me. However, it may have just been the particular drinks we ordered. All we can do is go back and try more!)

Love ‘Bica as the locals refer to it! Tim is a friendly owner who makes everyone feel welcome! Great coffee and specialty coffees and I particularly love the pastries!

I love coming to Arabica. Everyone is always so pleasant! It’s always a good start to my morning when I’m able to stop in for a latte/muffin.

Coffee is good. Recommend the breakfast burrito or the muffins. My favorite is the cinna-mocha-nilla iced. My husband like the mocha slide hot.
