Everyone has been amazing! They are so welcoming and tolerant of Milo, and he can be A LOT! We also appreciate their knowledge and care with explaining things to us. Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to say the care and service here has improved tremendously. Dr. Cairns did a great job with my cat. He was on the floor to help easy how anxious my cat was at time. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Thanks to him and his team my fur baby is with me for awhile longer.

I came in as a first time client with my cat yesterday. I was of course a little nervous about trying a new vet office. I can’t say enough good things about this place! When you walk in it’s a very calm, chill environment. The front desk receptionists are very kind and helpful. My cat was a little scared but the vet tech and Dr. Caire made us feel very at ease and taken care of. It’s reassuring to know when I come back I have a team that I trust will give the best care to my kitty.

My vet was on vacation and of course my puppy decided to start limping, like dragging her leg (on a holiday weekend no less!). I had no idea what was wrong. My vet's receptionist suggested seeing if a local vet could fit us in. Brunswick Animal hospital was my second call (the first call was to their other division in Strongsville). They graciously fit us in! The vet did an awesome job evaluating our girl, Maple. He felt she likely pulled a muscle somehow when she was outside. He prescribed some pain meds and advised that if she wasn't better by mid week we should bring her back in and they would need to do some x-rays. I appreciated the willingness to fit us in and give us some positive reassurance without having us spend money on x-rays that were possibly not needed.

We were moving to the area nd needed an appointment as soon as we arrived for our dog. We were able to get the appointment time on the day we wanted at a convenient time. The vet was friendly, diagnosed the problem, disbursed the prescription, and the staff followed up with an email and a phone call within a week. We are very happy with Brunswick Animal Hospital.

The ladies that helped with my 2 dogs were amazing. Both of my dogs needed a shot and they made it so easy on me and also them! They are very caring and gentle loving with pets. Thank you

Everyone from front desk staff to the doctor and assistant are very caring and friendly. Dr. Caires really cared about my cat’s wellbeing. He examined my cat thoroughly and answered all the questions I had patiently and gave me advices. I’ll definitely start taking my cat there from now on. Thank you so much!

The staff and Dr. Caires were fantastic and able to see our dog both times there was an emergency. Unfortunately, our baby had to get put down, but everyone there handled it with care and compassion. I'm thankful to have found this hospital and will return when we bring a new furbaby into our lives.

Our senior dog had a pretty severe limp that seemed unrelated to his arthritis. Our usual vet didn’t have appointments available, but Brunswick is its sister clinic so they can share records easily. We called the morning of Black Friday and they were able to get him in that afternoon. The office staff, tech, and doctor were all very caring and informative and treated our old boy like he was their own. The appointment really put our mind at ease (one worries about all kinds of things as our dogs get up there in years), and just a couple days later Rocky is pretty much back to his old self. Thank you, thank you!

We were nervous and concerned for our Marco, but they all made us more comfortable and were wonderful with our little family member.

Very caring and compassionate staff. They have treated me with grace and compassion at my darkest times of walking my furry family members over the rainbow Bridge twice now. They have been a trusted vet in my family for many years. I've always been able to rely on them for anything minor or major that came up with my fur-babies. Thank you for all you do. Dr Garcia is wonderful and the techs are incredible. My puppy got her second set of shots and when I got home I didn’t like the way she was acting. They told me to bring her back right away. She is fine, I just over reacted.

My dog was bleeding profusely from her mouth and she was able to be seen on Saturday where it was discovered she had a very bad tooth. They immediately scheduled surgery on Monday and it turns out 3 teeth had to be removed. The were so professional, courteous and explained in detail what would happen and could happen, so there were no surprises. They treated Ruby as their own. She came through with flying colors and I can't thank the doctors and staff for all they did to make this experience go so smoothly.
