I always get friendly and fair service at this store. They even honored a return for price matching on a PSVR based on a sale even when I heard other stores wouldn't through Reddit. Great store!

I love these stores. The people are always super helpful, always willing to make suggestions and just always easy to talk to. They dont ask a million questions if you have to return something and if you buy the insurance they just hand you a new one of whatever it was.

I went in there to ask a question about the Original nintendo Ds.. We've had it for a very long time and the battery is not good. So the young man that works in there and his manager was very nice.. I have to order the battery From the Internet and when I get it the young man will put it in for me And clean my DS..Thank you so much..
