Fosters Tavern of Hinckley

I had ordered my burger medium rare. When it came out it was rare IMO. So I sent it back. Francesca, our server couldn’t have been nicer about it. I had taken two bites before I decided I just couldn’t do it. I told her to nuke it a minute and it would be perfect. They completely redid the burger, bringing a new one out. I couldn’t believe they did that. A lot of places just send you the same product out, and usually overcooked. 😖. Not in this case. Francesca couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The burger and fries were awesome. You could tell it was made from fresh ground beef and not some preformed frozen patties. The toppings were all fresh and packed high. I had to mash the heck out of it to get it in my mouth. The fries were awesome as well. Done just right. My wife’s burger was cooked to perfection. (She likes well done) and she had hush puppies which were very tasty. I had a cup of clam chowder to try and it too was exceptional. Large chucks of clams in a super tasty broth with celery and carrot. I highly recommend stopping by and trying them for yourself. We will stop by anytime we are close.

A local favorite. Frequent visits over the years. The best bartender around! I always enjoy our food and would recommend the pizza, cheesy bread, and burgers.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Great place to eat, drink and hang out! Great owners. Great staff! Best burgers and pizza in the area. Their Meatloaf sandwich when on special is to die for! Their home made chips are a great starter and it’s a huge portion.

This place is a little hidden away gem! The food is quality and tastes good. You wouldn’t expect much when walking in, but so many things are homemade and all we had were delicious. Our service was great too!

We had the French onion dip with homemade pita chips and it was like French onion soup with the real onions and cheese but in a dip form. Wow! Our server recommended it and she was spot on! The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious too! Crust was buttery and the cook on the pizza was spot on. I hasn’t been here in years and was impressed and definitely want to return.

Happy to have Foster’s open on Sunday! The homemade clam chowder was phenomenal.

We were on our way home from a dance rehearsal in Medina and we were starving. My wife suggested we go to Fosters Tavern because she has seen a post about it on Facebook. I am very glad she did, we loved it and we will be returning. Staff and food were amazing. Compliments to the chefs.

Michelle was totally killing it in the kitchen tonight! Fish was delicious, hot and we were surprised how fast it came out with how busy the place was. Brian was cranking out drinks as always!

Not from around here, but I needed a bite to eat so I stopped into the first place I saw. Glad I landed on this little gem! Relaxed atmosphere, very nice staff. Apparently known for their burgers, wish I would’ve known that before I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, but the food was great nonetheless! Clear to me that the locals are very aware of this place. I’d highly recommended Fosters if you’re not from the area and looking to try something new!

Our favorite regular spot! If you come in, ask for Dawn K. She’s the best and so attentive! I can’t recommend this place enough!
