AT&T Store

Can not say enough about the excellent customer service Nathan provided! He went above and beyond helping us set up our new phones, trouble shooting problems and informed me of first responder discounts provided through AT&T.

Excellent customer service!!! We came in with several phone problems and discovered more along the way, but Nathan stayed late to help us solve them and exceeded our expectations.

The AT&T store in Brunswick offers great customer service. Dakota and Katie demonstrate they are very customer service oriented and do a great job prioritizing the needs of their customers.

They store was clean, everone was professional, especially the store manager Dimitri who help us alot. Far better then the other at&t store we have been to.

NATE AND DMITRI WERE AWESOME. My boyfriend and I came in to get our own phone plan together & they took their time to make sure we understood every single price, setting, etc. for our new plan together. They made us feel like family and like they have known us for years. Would highly recommend this store 10 out of 10 times! Greatest customer service I have ever experienced! These men need raises/promotions immediately!

Dimitri was fantastic and did an amazing job of “upselling” me on stuff that I just had to have.. I love my new phone, service was impeccable and got to also meet the manager, Gwen!! She is running a terrific store and it was very clean and organized!!

Gwen was absolutely outstanding! I came in to do a trade in and she really did her best to get me a deal that worked for me. Her attentiveness was unlike the service I recieved at the Strongsville location. I will 100% be an ATT customer because of Gwen, and Gwen alone!

Went to change phone plans after moving and the current one didn't work. Dimitri was the one who helped set it all up. However everyone there at the time was really friendly and helpful. He even told us all the neat advantages for when it's time to trade in or pay off the current phone plan/phone. Dimitri was awesome.

Went in to take advantage of a trade-in offer to get my daughter a new iPhone. Melisha helped us out and was VERY knowledgeable. She made the transition from the old phone to the new iPhone easy and seamless. She gave my daughter a quick tutorial on using her new phone and made sure she was comfortable with it. Dave and the rest of the staff were very pleasant, friendly and engaging as well. Overall fantastic experience.

Ronnie was great!! My phone that I have had for only 6 months had a manufacturer issue. I went to the AT&T store in Medina and one of their suggestions was to buy out my phone and get a new one. Ronnie took the time to try and get an old phone working for me so I could have a phone. He called customer service for both issues and got me a new phone to replace the one I have had for 6
months because it is still under manufacturers warranty. I will definitely go to the Brunswick's AT&T instead of the Medina one.

I went in today to do an upgrade for phone. The service was really great and they listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push something on me which I really appreciate. Melisha and Ronnie were really helpfully and nice. I will def recommend them as they don’t try to push anything on to you. Great experience

Ronnie was super helpful as we had been to another location for upgrades and left in frustration. He was able to get everything ordered and when the new phones were ready he helped us with all the setup. We will be back for any future needs - Thank you!!

Ronnie Singh is a PRO . Him and his team made the process of buying a new phone quick and easy. I walked out of the door with a brand new I Phone 12 Pro Max. I called every store in the area and he was the only one with it in stock. I highly recommend you go see him today at 3362 Center Road in Brunswick Ohio. He is patient and works to find you the best deal and discounts that work for you.

I can't speak for all AT&T locations but I am very pleased with the staff at this location. I moved multiple lines from different providers onto one plan with AT&T and they helped me through the whole process in a timely manner. This brick and mortar store is the best. Any questions were promptly addressed and solved by their staff. I don't know why I didn't go there sooner. Drop providers that only have online support.

Great store! Dimitri was a life saver fixing my account that another store messed up. Dimitri took his time with us and made sure that we understood everything. I highly recommend this store.

We ran into a lot of trouble at another location and went 30 minutes out of are way to this Brunswick location. We are so glad we did DIMITRI fixed ALL the problems and definitely well represents the store!!! Amazing and kudos to DIMITRI again!!!

Leon and Ronny at the Brunswick location are phenomenal! Got me in and out so quick! I was switching from metro to AT&T and was struggling to do it online, they fixed everything that I messed up expertly and were an absolute pleasure to talk to thru the process!

We had a great experience with the store manager Dave and I was able to get my screen protector changed on my phone using my warranty. The store manager Dave is fantastic and I will come back to this store again.

Mel helped me and she was excellent. Great customer service and knows what she is talking about. Also helped with stuff that had nothing to do with what we were doing. Recommend!
