Honestly probably the rudest “service advisor” I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. If you would like someone to be condescending to you when you're asking simple questions about your car this is the place to go.

It is fair and not a crazy thing to ask about the general well-being and health of a car. This gentleman with black teeth could not really explain what was done to my car and gave me very general answers when I came to pay. I simply asked him to look over what they had done so I could confirm the work and that seemed to really bother him.

The lack of accountability and general rudeness for asking basic questions... honestly it's kind of weird. I don't know if he thought I wasn't going to pay or he assumed something about me because of the color of my skin, which it might be or if he's just generally condescending and lacks general understanding of basic etiquette, but do better a lot better.

Saying something along the lines of "I don't know what you're trying to get me to say to try to catch me in something but I'm not gonna say it" is a weird response when I'm asking what is the process of how you go about performing a diagnostic and how you end up getting the determination of what is wrong with my car. Never in my life have I met such a disgusting service person.

Spending $1000 to get yelled at by a person who cannot regulate their emotions or behavior is really just egregious . Find somewhere else to get your work done.
