knowledge behind the counter is key. Needed plugs I gave them the plug numbers and the guy says “putting these in your boat?” Absolutely I am.

Jim was especially helpful. When our windshield wiper broke off during a strong storm, he took the time to help construct an attachment point for the replacement wiper from his stock of parts - thus far, it been more stable than the OEM part. When I mistakenly left my credit card, he contacted my credit card issuer - who relayed the message. Jim mailed the card to me with a nice note. Nice competent folks.
