Giant Eagle Supermarket

May not have the variety of the big stores but they have all the essentials that you could want. It is a little cramped though. May only have one check out at times. But overall a good little store.

Nice grocery shop in the town. Clean and staff are welcome.

I love this Giant Eagle. It’s the right size. I’ve always found what I’m shopping for and I think the staff feels like family. Even though I live closer to another Giant Eagle, I don’t mind this trip to Richfield

Great little "hometown" grocery store - always have what I need, and the employees are always very friendly. So glad there is no self-checkout. Old School is not always a bad thing.

So glad to have this location! Smaller than the newer Giant Eagle stores, this legacy location is easy to get in and out of. Not surrounded by heavy traffic. I go to Brunswick or North Royalton if I need certain items this store doesn't carry, but for the basics it's so nice to be able to pick them up quickly and hassle free.

This Giant Eagle is like a time machine--- it looks dated and small. However, it has a good selection of products, is clean, and you can't beat the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

For us locals, this old Country Counter store offers the most convenience for those living nearby. Quick in and out. Friendly local employees. We lovingly call it "The Hut".

The cashier Madison is always the most friendly team member. Full of enthusiasm and always ready to conversate while I'm buying what I need. Needless to say, friendly service is one of the many reasons I visit this location regularly.

It's a really nice market, has a lot of beer selection, normal groceries, and everyone there was super nice. I wish we had these where I'm from. It's just a grocery store but honestly it was fun to walk around for someone from out of town. Also they have very easy to use refillers for water jugs

The current deli staff goes above and beyond on requests and fulfills orders as best possible given the staffing they have on hand. They run around like crazy doing so many jobs at once. Wish I had employees like that.

Super cute architecture at this location. We were able to buy beautiful mums on sale which made the first few days of Fall as perfect as could be. Would shop here again.

Shelves are always stocked, staff are very friendly, bathrooms are not in the best condition, could use some things fixed... new floors... I definitely will be continuing to shop here!

This giant eagle -

Pros compared to other locations: You avoid most all of the soccer moms who can't push a cart any better than they drive their mini van or suburban.

Cons: not a big selection. Very dated inside.

My shopping was pleasant, speedy friendly checkout. I got home left my phone at the store. The cart person turned it in.
