Bristol Express Car Wash

Our first visit was last night around 7:30 PM April 23, 2019 and there seemed to be issues, a man inside was directing us while the computer lights were going on and off, Go forward, GO back, STOP, move on...and the guy kept flagging us and waving his arms. Before it was even finished (which there are digital monitors to let you know) he flagged us out.. This morning I noticed no gas cap.. we drove up to check and see if they were kind enough to leave it out for us.. NOPE.. no gas cover.. HOWEVER after contacting local social media for help.. the FB group contacted the owner I was able to retrieve my cap and talk to both owner and operators.. very nice men. Thank you!

I recently chose Bristol Express for the reasonable monthly rates but more-so , it’s less “violent” on my truck than others i’ve used….less contact from swinging arms and attachments ultimately stripping finish from your car.
The new kiosk recognizes my vehicle’s plate and allows me to pull right in without touching the kiosk. So far so good!

I live down the street from this car wash and have used it often. Performs perfectly every time. It doesn't have a belt so you have to inch your car forward while driving through. I thought it was very easy to understand the instructions but after watching my wife go through it and reading these reviews, apparently inching a car and stopping when the light says to stop of very difficult for people. My car was spotless every time and feel that these bad reviews are user error.

Used this car wash for the first time today, it was great. I used the no touch option, so that is why the brushes didn't move. It's unusual that there is no belt, but the car wash worked perfectly when you follow the directions and just inch up through the wash. It did a great job!

I paid for a soft touch wash but the brushes didn't work. So I waited until another car went through and they didnt work for him either. (I stopped him and asked if he also paid for soft touch and he said yes) He was upset too so as I tried to find a number to call, a man who works there pulled up. Apparently, you are supposed to STOP as soon as you go over the small "speed bump" and you hear a buzzer and see a red X on th right side. Put car in "park" then wait until you hear another buzzer and see green light to proceed. Then follow instructions given. He allowed me to go through again at no charge and brushes worked fine. Told him they should post instructions stating to STOP before entering so people will know as I drove right over bump and then I backed up too far. I would definitely go back again as it's a good value for what you are getting. We all just need to understand how the car wash works. I text the owner about this problem as they have a facebook page. Hope this helps everyone

Went got a wash today and let me tell you how good this car wash did, spotless dry and how clean it came out, a little touch up like every place you go to, but Bristol express car wash is one of the best!

This car wash was great. I kinda wish it sucked so I could add to all the bad reviews.
