The staff over the years has always done great work at a reasonable cost. Amber in particular, went above & beyond to get us out of a bind with a tire issue. Will continue to use this location for my auto care needs.

Great service at a fair price. Mangement listens to the cistomers needs and takes action to resolve the problem. I have been a customer for 30 years so I trust them to repair my car with expertise.

They saved us during a move! At 6:30 pm Friday night our alternater was going out while driving. Miraculously there were 3 places that were open until 7pm. The other 2 couldn't get us in until Wednesday. Firestone didn't think they could get us in until Monday. We took a chance and left it there just before close and the fit us in between appointments and completed the work on Saturday. We were able to get back on the road on time for our move dates. They were kind throughout the ordeal and helped find some discounts to help with the unexpected expense.

The woman that answered the phone was very helpful! My daughter is riding on a spare and she fit her into their already busy schedule on a weekend!! She also had the out of stock tires that she needed shipped in before the appointment! 100% recommended!!!!!

Top notch service! I actually chose this location because one of their fine employees actually stopped to help me on the side of the road, when he wasn't on the clock. They were extremely helpful and got me back on the road much quicker than the dealership could have, and for a way better price. Thank you so much!

Awesome auto care shop! I had a flat tire and was rejected by two other tire stores nearby. Firestone was super busy but they still helped me. I will get my next tires here!!! Awesome customer service and support. Best quality of work and very helpful. My tire was fixed in a short time. If you need tires or any help Firestone is the place!!!

The girl who answered the phone was very nice. The guy who checked me in was quick and friendly, my father and I have been here many times and the great customer service keeps us coming back to maintain our vehicles.

Car was vibrating just replaced cv axle and still vibrates but less. Figured it was old bearings or it needed an alignment so I bought new ones and planned to replace the next day. Got it aligned here to see if that fixed my issues first and within 5 minutes they let me know my ball joint was broken. Never would have known since I don’t know what to look for.. Few hours later car’s driving smooth as butter. Thank you!

I had a flat tire on a Saturday and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule to repair it. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I like going here it's close to my home. I had 2 holes in 2 of my tires from Milwaukee potholes and they patched them up for $40 what a steal I thought I was going to have to replace them.

Myles was extremely helpful. I had a stripped oil plug and the tech had no problem getting it out. I will definitely be going back for any other car problem that persist. Thanks guys!!!

Mike up front is amazing. Came is without an appointment for a flat fix..even though the tire couldn't be fixed we got an easy solution and a speedy repair. Even on a Friday late afternoon.

Will be back to replace other tires in the future.

I have always used this Firestone over the last 10 odd years for my service and maintenance. They are kind, courteous and don't over sell like some shops do. They are similar to the typical "Mom and Pop" shops that you always hear about. They always look out for what needs to been done right away and give their opinions on other items that may be needed but that can wait. Their technicians take care of my vehicle and always give my truck back to me in the same if not better condition as I gave it to them. I will always use this facility for my automotive needs.

Great team of service guys that know what they are doing and helped me with my problems with ease. Got 2 new tires an alignment and 1 sensor. They were honest about what was wrong with and started working on it immediately even when i showed up a little early. Glad i went here.

Had a great experience there today thanks to Pat Graves and the service technicians! Received four new tires, alignment, and filter change all in a little over an hour. Was told my options ahead of the work being done and allowed time to think about what I wanted to do. Thanks for the great service gentlemen!

My boyfriend and I were on our way to the Dells when we discovered a bulge in one of our tires. We were too far from home to drive back safely. Jacob managed to get us in immediately and get it fixed as it was a serious safety concern. Very grateful to the guys at Firestone for helping us out of a tough time.

Had four tires put on my truck, they found that one tie rod end was shot (which I knew already) so they replaced it so they could do the alignment properly. Easy to deal with, friendly staff, they were able to get the tires I wanted in in less than a day (other places I checked were 3-5 days out) Would recommend them to others!
