While it's not perfect every time, had a great experience today, even while the pharmacy staff were under extra pressure. The extra effort is very much appreciated.

I had the best experience this am at CVS. Deborah checked me out & she apologized that receipt would take a minute. I said that is ok-I really dont need a receipt and thanked her and left. She actually walked out to my car in the rain with receipt becsuse it had a $4.00 savings coupon included. Deborah was so nice and thoughtful. Exceptional customer service which I really appreciated.

Today at cvs I had a much better experience. I truly think some of the pharmacists are realizing the place where they are employed, exists in a small town. So some of them have adopted a better attitude and are making an honest effort to build relationships with their patients. It’s really hopeful. I hope more pharmacists and techs choose a kind, understanding, and friendly attitude like the male pharmacist I encountered today! After Campagna’s closed in town, I do believe that a lot of the elderly patients miss the relationship they’ve built over the years with their pharmacy. Personally I believe that the future is looking brighter for this establishment. Hopefully they are getting their breaks and are not being over worker because that helps maintain pleasant employees as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacy is okay… but not the best. I have more issues with the front staff. I understand this job isn’t glamorous but I don’t deserve an attitude for simply asking to get artificial nails (because they are locked up). Now because of the attitude I won’t be spending my money here. If I didn’t have to use the pharmacy, I would never come here

This might be the most incompetent CVS on the East Bay. Twice now my wife and I have had prescriptions sent to them, just to have them not filled and be told to come back later. One was an incredibly time sensitive script for a surgical prep. Whoever is running the pharmacy should really have their job in question, because they clearly don't take the job or people's health seriously.

On hold for an hour! Finally hung up. Can’t speak to the pharmacist or a real person, apparently! Medication has been “out of stock “ for 2 weeks. Last week, the pharmacist said to “go to Warren! They have 43 tablets.” I go to Warren directly and they are out and have been out! The pharmacists suggested I go to Walgreens! Terrible customer service.

This pharmacy is the WORST! They say your medication will be ready at a certain time (today 430). I went at 5:10 to pick it up and they said “it’s not ready.” The girl at the counter was really sweet and told me she’ll have them push it quickly for me, knowing I was going out of town and it should have been done almost an hour before. The pharmacist comes over and tells me an hour. I’ve worked in the pharmacy before, I know how it works and how long it should REALLY take. After giving me an extreme attitude she eventually (after a manager was called) said she will get it ready. She then proceeds to stand at the counter scratching her head and patting like there was something crawling in her hair. No what you want to see from a pharmacist. My medication was ready but I only knew because my husband texted me saying he was notified. I was sitting there waiting!! No one called me over to say it’s ready. This is the 4th or 5th time this is happened. Someone needs to figure out this place. 2 pharmacists, 4 techs and everyone standing around looking lost. (They have also gone through so much staff; probably due to attitude problems that everyone has). It’s ridiculous.

this place is garbage. they don’t fill time sensitive prescriptions on time and when you ask them where it is, they just tell you to “come back tomorrow” despite the fact that i’m in college and can’t just “come back” whenever i want. they also don’t answer the phone when you call so don’t bother trying that. overall just an awful place and run by incompetent people. get your prescriptions anywhere else if possible.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy manager. Very rude and short tempered. I know people are overworked and tired, but she became snappy 10 seconds into the conversation.

Someone at the pharmacy is literally stealing my ADHD meds. This is the third time I’ve realized my prescription was underfilled, and the pharmacy not only outright refuses to believe that that even happened, but won’t refill the medication, which is forcing me to go without my meds. Extremely rude to me on the phone when I called to ask about the status of my order. I’m switching to the pharmacy in Warren because I can’t have this happening every few months, it’s unprofessional.

Trying to facilitate a prescription pickup, their system tells me it's ready, but when I go there it's not. They told me to come back in the afternoon, it still wasn't ready. I don't understand! Their phone system is such a mess, no one will pick up and I have to spend sixteen minutes on the phone until I hang up because I run out of time. I don't know how to make this better utilizing their system
