The staff person was working by herself. And oh, my God, she rocked it like no other! very proud to see that people take pride in their job, and covering for either a sick team member or just short staffed.

the young woman serving me was so sweet and honest about struggling to make my hot tea that it didn't even matter to me that I had to reheat it at home. Her customer service was phenomenal, I wish I would have gotten her name to thank her properly.

Wonderful! The young woman that took my order and my payment was terrific. She was very friendly and explained exactly where I should park so they could deliver my hot sandwich to my car window when ready. I also ordered a hot chocolate. When the order was ready a different employee was about to run me my food. I noticed she didn't have hot chocolate in her hands. I also noticed her confirming the receipt and realizing immediately that she was missing hot chocolate. There was already another employee directly behind her to give her Cocoa that was missed. In the mean time, the employee who had taken my order met the girl with my food and told her she could run it. I've been in the hospitality industry for 20 years and I can't help but notice the group effort those few women took to collectively give outstanding customer service. Even if it was just for amazingly wonderful donuts and a hot chocolate on an 80 degree morning. Plus, you always have the basic food products. The other dunkin in Waukesha is much closer to my house but every time they are out of ham, or long johns, or english muffins. There is never that problem here.

I haven't been here in such a long time because the service was so bad about a year and a half ago. Much better now! I had the nicest barista who made a delicious iced coffee for me in a timely manner. I will definitely go back again.

Today December 23rd 7:30 pm, we ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 donuts and they were delicious. The lady working was very nice and positive. A+++ We will be back for sure.

I really like DD coffee and am happy to have the new store in Waukesha. Usually, the lines move quickly and the servers are friendly. Occasionally, they are short-staffed and you may wait a bit longer. However, the wait has never been unreasonable.

Breanna was so nice and made me glazed munchkins and a delicious vanilla dirty chai that she recommended! Staff was very friendly and I got my order quickly, everything was delicious, definitely will be returning again soon.

Went to dunkin on sunset and ordered a drink. Giovanni who was working the drive thru was courteous and I got fast and friendly service with a smile. Not too mention that the drink was great and we'll be a repeat customer

Went to this location and Brett was working by himself, and he had amazing customer service! He was catching calls in drive threw while coffe was brewing and he made sure he got to all the customer in a timely matter! He is a rock start for this location! I have bad service her many times!! Thank you for ur great work!

I got a large cold brew with 2 shots of espresso with one shot of French vanilla flavoring. Was treated with respect and was pleased with overall service and product.

Staff work hard . The place is always clean.

This location is very quick and the quality doesn't suffer. Orders have been accurate and staff have been friendly. The only very minor drawback is the narrow drive-thru lane.

There's been mistakes with my order or the app here and there but over all the people are pretty awesome and foods good!

This location puts Starbucks to shame. No drive thru, yet efficient and quality employees during my morning visit.

The owner / mgr is always running and trying his best. Very friendly. It's just the hired workers that struggle at times.
