The office manager is horrible to deal with! By far worst office manager I have ever even talked to as far as professional goes! other than that office is great

Horrible practices here. My elderly aunt who suffers from BPD went here for a follow up after a hospitalization, was taken from her appointment and brought immediately to the hospital via emergency services. HOWEVER they did not contact any immediate family. They were ready to put out a silver alert because we didn’t know where she went. It was a very stressful 6 hours as we drove around and called places searching. At least give an update to emergency contacts when taken a mentally ill person to a hospital so we aren’t worried she’s gone missing. Horrible practice. Do not recommend for anyone with high risk mental illness issues.
