I know one thing a great experience
This store has a bright, positive, and welcoming perspective. I find customer representatives..the target team ready to help.
One can find almost anything they need and at reasonable cost.
Then, what I look forward to is a break after my shopping...
There is a Starbucks to sit and savor a coffee.

I really enjoy shopping at the Lincoln location- friendly and knowledgeable staff, typically the store is well stocked & it’s always neat and organized. It’s typically busy but checkout goes quickly.

I head to this location when I'm in the area or going the cinema before for snacks. The Starbucks in this location is okay, always busy so I search for my favorite clearance area's for deals. The toy, electronic and collectibles area is sometimes a disaster but they do there best to fix it. You never know what target finds you will get. I have found some great items on clearance here. 👍

I love target, its my number 2 store to shop in, the associates are very nice and very respectful of their customers.

I needed a few household items and was able to find everything, including a good parking spot!

I needed to buy a cell phone on Saturday March 18th at the Lincoln target.
Lucille my tech was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect phone to meet my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about all that was needed to setup the phone and copy all my data. My old phone had some technical difficulties to complete the data transfer but Lucille kept her composure to solve the problem and get the job done while still assisting other customers. Her knowledge and great customer service skills were invaluable to me and made this experience very successful. Thanks Lucille.

I find Target to be neater and much more organized than other box stores , but a bit more expensive.

Rob B. working the front end at Target was the best! I was in a panic this morning. I mixed up sizes when ordering my girl's snow pants. I notice the error as my husband was on a commute to grab our online order. I explained the situation. Rob B. understood the task of making things easy for my husband who is NOT the shopper of the family needed to grab the essentials and bring them to the girls at school. ROB B. saved the day and made us look like super parents to our kiddos today!!! YOU rock!

Very clean and top notch customer service. Had a complaint and filled out a target survey, within 24 hours the store manager reached out to resolve the issue. I will say I add coupons to my target app and often, the discounts don’t get taken off at the register. Have to go back to customer service for manual discounts to be added. Otherwise, great store! Never too crowded either

I love Target for alot of reasons. I love their sale prices, their cleanliness, they are Great for one stop shop!

Customer service :) Kelly, who greeted me at the door, in the Licoln, RI store was wonderful. I am physically handicapped and she went over and above to make my shopping experience beyond my expectations. The facilities are closed due to renovations and she even accompanied me to the handicapped temporary ladies room to assure my safety <3

Very helpful sales associate within electronics in Lincoln, RI helped with the first step in disconnecting with one cell phone provider in order to set up with one of the month to month providers that Target has available.

I went to pick up an item I ordered online. The store wasn't very crowded. I was able to finish my business and leave quickly. The staff was efficient and helpful. The store wasn't accepting cash payments. There was a sign stating that due to a currency shortage they were only taking electronic payments.

I had an issue with my drive up order but they fixed it and overall the customer service there is so much better than other places. The employees are always friendly and helpful, I pretty much buy everything I need there.

Normally I have always had a wonderful experience and choose Target over other stores. Today was the first time since I started shopping at Target that it was absolutely awful.

Upon the entrance to the store, the two trash cans outside were so full the garbage was on the ground! I went directly to customer service and told them. Yet when I left 40+ minutes later, they were still full!!! It wasn't until I was driving away after loading my purchases was someone changing it.

Upon arrival to the food section many shelves were bare. I wanted to buy Far East Rice Pilaf but only could get two boxes of it because all the boxes were mangled and should've never been on the shelf. When I got to the refrigeration section, I went through an entire row of block cheese and all of them were expired from March/May and one even had mold growing on it. I went to the customer service phone and pressed one. I was told by a recording that a team member would be there to help me in 60 seconds. No one came to me. I had to find a team member to tell them about the blocks of cheese.

When I went to get a container of Ajax, it was mangled on the bottom and went all over my feet and legs. Ajax was all over the shelf.

At the registers there were no more than 4 open. I have never seen so few open on a mid-Saturday afternoon.

After check out, I went to the food section to get a special Mermaid drink for my child. After paying $2.15, I had asked about the special sprinkles only to be told that they were all out. Why wasn't a discount given? At the counter getting the special mermaid drink, it was a mess with sticky soda all over it and left over straw wrappers.

As I left the store, I had to walk by the overfull trash cans again!

I have been going to this Target since I moved to my house 15 years ago, I have never had an experience like this one. If this happens again, I don't plan to go to Target anymore and I am a RedCard member for so many years that I've lost count.

I just want to recognize the older gentleman who cleans the carriages when you walk into the store. I believe his name is Doug. I am always in your store with my 17 month old son and Doug always has a smile on his face, makes friendly conversation and even interacts with my son. It is rare to find someone with such a kind heart, especially with the way the world is right now. I would like him to be praised/recognized in whatever way your store does this for customer compliments. The world needs more people like Doug and he should know that he puts a smile on me and my sons face every time we come to Target!
