CVS

This CVS is the best one in R.I. From front end to pharmacy, everyone on this team is fantastic. When have you last been to a pharmacy and the pharmacist really cared? At this particular CVS, they truly do. Between Kayla, John and the whole staff who operate the pharmacy department, there is not one person who is not only professional but personable. On multiple occasions, they have called me to let me know about a certain prescription that I am taking or need. Wonderful customer service still exists in this store. I feel odd reviewing a CVS but because I have heard so many complaints lately about pharmacies. I want the public to know that this CVS is exempt from such criticism.

The pharmacy department at this CVS is amazing! Always Helpful! Always Checking In and Keeping their Patients Safe. The Store ALWAYS has 50%, 75% off deals and also Had the best seasonal Items! Wont shop at any other. I will go out of my way. Right off 295 exit 10!

I met, Emily from Albany College, during a drive thru pharmacy pick up. Amazing, professional young lady. She took the time to explain the dosage, and potential interaction of the products. I appreciate the extra minute to make me feel comfortable, thank you

Had a very positive experience with one of the techs in the pharmacy. She showed genuine concern for the cost of the prescriptions.

Usually, I've had good experiences at this CVS. Certainly one of the better ones in the town.

This is a larger-than-average CVS with many more product choices than in the CVS I usually shop. This has pros and cons: you can find things you need and things you didn't know you needed, and you can get distracted by the huge selection and dawdle. My only interaction with the pharmacy staff was to ask if an OTC had a particular allergen in it. (Pharmacists can look up this information.) The pharmacy staff seemed a bit put-out by my request. It's probably because I am not a familiar face. (My usual CVS staff would do this in a flash, with a smile, and talk to me by name.) Last time I biked there, they had no bike rack but had a good pole that sufficed. I will edit this if I spy a bike rack in my next visit.
