Glen Hills

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The scenery out here is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean. Incredibly spacious a lot of grassland for children to play and for you to barbecue on a nice sunny day. The management here always gives you a warm welcoming and plans many creative fun activities for the residents. Neighbor’s are respectful and quiet. Last but not least this community is very pet friendly.

We have lived at Glen Hills for 6.5 years and didn’t think we could love it more. We recently transferred to an updated unit and we couldn’t be happier! Units are bright and fresh looking with stainless steel appliances. The views of rolling hills are a huge plus. The entire staff at Glen Hills are kind and helpful. Maintenance is always taken care of swiftly and thoroughly. Glen Hills has been a wonderful community for our family.

Love this place! Management and services are quick and very responsive. Clean and spacious. Very pet friendly. My little doggy really enjoy the gated dog are to just run around and get some exercise, exploring nature. There's a train track right next to the apartment but if you're like me, it's like white noise so it doesn't bother me much with the few times that the train actually runs through it. Half the time I don't even notice it. I work from home half the week so I'm very happy that it's not noisy compared to my last place. Neighbors are quiet and very respectful. Great place! Totally would recommend.

I’ve lived at Glen-hills apartments since 2012..
My stay here had been for the most part nice.
The grounds are well maintained and every year they have annual flower 🌸 give away and a themed picnic every year. Maintenance is great if there’s an issue they’ll address it right away.
Office personnel are always pleasant and nice.
The recent updates that have been made are really nice.
I’ve recently moved to an updated unit. It’s been peaceful, of course no one place is going to be perfect but if you’re in the market for a place, give them a try..

Glen Hills does an annual flower giveaway and now my porch is stocked with beautiful marigolds and spring flowers for the season! 🌼🍃

I have received excellent,friendly service in the past from the Management/ Maintenance Team at my former Glen Hills apartment, and I rest assure that this will continue at my newly remodeled unit that I just moved into at Glen Hills Apts.
I just moved into one of the remodeled apartments after being at Glen Hills Apts for several years. The Management Team is fantastic! They're always friendly, and is very concerned with my needs, and comfort.
The Maintenance Team is always on time, if there's anything that needs to be addressed.
I really enjoy living here at Glen Hills Apts.

I absolutely love having a home here at Glen hills!! It’s peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and very clean.

Rick was fast and efficient with the shower maintenance. Sent in a email that the shower was broken and was met with fast response. The shower was fix within hours of replies.

Nice Area to live, they provide you all the feasibility’s and options to make your stay better and comfortable, Donna, Mackenzie and Aneila are always pending and available if something needed, they resolve your questions and comments

We never have been insecure about the neighborhood

The apartment is clean and well taken care of. The management is responsive and the maintenance team is also great I enjoy working with Seka and Krista and they both are respectful and responsive when you need their help. Great place to live so far, although my rent has gone up each year (except during covid 2020), but it was not a big increase so I still stayed. Otherwise the place is great it need to be modernized though, I know other apartments are being worked on while mine is a bit old

I love Glen Hills apartments the move in process was so simple and I've never had any issues living here. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the leasing office is always helpful and giving out free things. If something breaks in your apartment, they will send maintenance right away - problem solved. I love it!

I love the the management team. It is almost being with family. The maintenance team is awesome. If U need them to fix a problem they will get to U as soon as possible. I am very satisfied at Glenhills apartments

I've lived at Glen Hills for just over a year and I'm overall very happy with my decision to move here. Some pros/cons:

Pros:

- Good, safe neighborhood. Quiet, except for when trains roll by the tracks. Not a huge deal.
- Property is very well maintained, including landscaping. Snow service is excellent, the parking lot is always cleared and salted during the winter. I haven't had a single thing break in my apartment and I've been here a year. Only twice did I have an issue when the water was turned off for a day unexpectedly, which got fixed, and the electricity was turned off in the building, which got fixed.
- Plenty of room for parking for me and any guests I have over.
- Nice apartment, had new carpet and new appliances when I moved in.
- Rent is reasonable
- Neighbors are friendly, haven't had any real issues.
- I'm always updated on things going on with the complex, including maintenance, inspections, etc.
- Having a laundry room in each building is nice, don't have to go to a laundromat.

Cons:

- Baseboard heating and 1 AC unit. With no central heating or real thermostat, it makes it impossible to maintain a consistent temperature. I turn the heat up, it gets blazing, turn it off, I'm freezing the next morning. Utility bills aren't too bad though.
- Laundry rooms could have more washers and dryers, they're full quite often when I need to do laundry. The cost to wash and dry is also quite expensive- $1.75 per load to wash, $1.25 per load to dry. Seems a bit high. Also, you can only refill your laundry card during normal business hours and part of Saturday, so if you work a lot it's not very convenient.
- Rent jumped up quite a bit only after 1 year. I don't have a problem with higher rent, just was more than I expected.

Overall, I'm pleased with Glen Hills and I would recommend them to a friend.

I had a great experience at Glen Hills Apartments! As a college student attending UW-Milwaukee, the apartments were a very affordable option to rent and live within close proximity of campus. The office staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating towards me. They also have an excellent maintenance staff who immediately responded to any of my requests and kept the property up to date in general. As a runner, I also really enjoyed living across the street from the oak leaf trail. I highly recommend Glen Hills Apartments to anyone looking to rent in the greater Milwaukee area!

I have lived at Glen Hills apartments on and off for several years do to relocating. I keep coming back because it’s just that fabulous! The area is very inviting, open and serene. The apartments are spacious with a modern appeal, and always well maintained for quality. You get quiet living on the inside, with lots of activities to do on the outside, and there’s something nearby for everyone, from nature parks, trails for walking, biking, running, playgrounds, and even a river for fishing. My children love it! As a mom, I enjoy the quick access to surrounding shopping centers and restaurants, so travel is easy. The staff is ABOVE and BEYOND! They’re creative and engaging with resident events, contests, and giveaways including: continental breakfasts, car washes, picnics, raffles, and more. There communication is great! You’ll receive a monthly newsletter for community events, and any new or up-to-date information. There is enough available parking and it’s free, and convenient office hours to accommodate my busy schedule. The online website is extremely user friendly for making payments and maintenance request. My experience here has been a good one.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and really love it. The apartments not only look great, but the neighborhood is safe and quiet. They allow dogs, which is the main reason I looked into this place and it seems to be a popular reason for many living here. A small fenced in dog area was even built last year to allow the dogs to play off leash. The management has always been friendly and helpful. They also give away free flowers in the spring and pumpkins in the fall, which is a nice touch. I'd highly recommend living here.

I have been living here for about 6 months and it has been wonderful! The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help. During the winter months, the parking lots are always cleared out and salted which is really nice! The area itself is generally pretty quiet and I have always felt safe here, which was one of my biggest reasons for moving in. I have never had an issue that I have needed to call maintenance for luckily, but I always see them around and they are always very friendly to me, so I know that if I have an issue they will be there to help. Overall, I think this is a great place and neighborhood to move in to!

Glen Hills is one of the few places that allowed residents to not only have a large dog, but two dogs as well. There is also a nice, fenced in dog park which is a complete life saver. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There are fun events and there are even specified dates that they serve breakfast to the residents. It’s also close to a very popular bike path which is nice for active residents.
