When we first set out to buy a home we were a little naïve and took a look at a house without a buying agent. We contacted the Gohsman group and our soon to be realtor's father was selling the house that we were interested in buying. Well, Mr Gohsman recommended his son Pete to represent us but I was leery to go with a realtor from the same group that was selling the home, but my wife said it would probably be fine. Well we didn't manage to buy the house on our first attempt and were out bid. However, Pete did help us to get our first choice of the two houses that we looked at. It was a much nicer home and we couldn't believe how fast we were able to close on the house. Pete is very calm and collected and was always available if I had any questions. Not four weeks after we looked at the first house did we put down earnest money on the home that we didn't think we would be able to get in a competitive market. Pete Gohsman's advising through the process was critical in the pursuit of the sale. He has a thorough understanding of the business of purchasing homes, and does so with a thorough knowledge of the business Pete seemed to always make wise decisions and with discretion. If he saw any problems that might be a concern he would contact the seller , had multiple references for inspections and upgrades as well as many options for mortgage lenders. All of the Keller Williams paperwork was promptly sent to us and most importantly he calmly and thoroughly answered any inquiry's that we had about purchasing the home. Many of our questions were on the periphery of what your realtor should be able to answer, but he seemed to have an experienced answer for them all. I told Pete every day how elated I would be to give him a recommendation. It was without question the best financial exchange we've made and we are so happy that we hedged our bets on Pete and the Gohsman group.
