omg i was having such a hard time finding what would be best for the graduation and Eli and Vince gave me the best idea for my night time fun outfit. HM in bayshore is better than all the other locations 😅

Quality garments at lowest price among big brands. This store is clean and has moderate to good collection. Often times, they have sale at unusual times which is why I used to visit this more than any other. Btw, never been able to buy pants as all of them are 32’ long! Also recycling program is good.

What a clean and shop able store! It seems to have gone through a remodel now the clothing is well displayed and easy to search.styles range from business dress to super casual for all ages. I love H&M.

It used to be messy. Clothing was so tightly packed together that it was hard to see what you were looking at so you'd have to pry it off the rack. Then you couldn't get it back in so people would leave clothes hanging over the rack or on the floor.

Just got done shopping here and tonight I learned what incredible customer service was thanks to Willow at this H&M at Bayshore. Not only was she super patient with me, call a couple other stores to see if they had a particular size for me, and helped me figure out my gift card situation; but she did it all with a smile on her face and eager to help. Her positivity was contagious and I felt very taken care of. Great experience, thanks again Willow!👌

Super friendly staff and great selection of clothes for him or her. Men's selection upstairs along with kids. I would recommend for clothing needs fancy or casual. Great prices and sales. Also bring in up to 2 bags of old clothes/materials each time you visit(towles,blankets,ect) to receive a 15% off coupon. You can use the coupon the same day as part of the clothing recycling program they offer.

the store had a lot of good selections nice sales, the staff was okay nothing special they didn't go out of their way to give great customer service they were just there. I don't expect good customer service anymore, it just doesn't exist. But I still love H&M.
