The food is good and there is lots of it. I ordered the ceaser salad with bacon, and it came with a piece of garlic bread. My dad ordered a vegetable soup, and it looked like it was from a can and warmed up. He ate all of it. I prefer to be made from scratch soup. The atmosphere is clean and nice, just a bit old. Our seat popped up when we sat on the edge. Service was friendly and fast.

Great variety of dishes here, it's a family restaurant similar to Denny's or IHOP but food and atmosphere are much better. I've enjoyed their Fiesta and Cobb salads, as well as their tasty burgers and creative skillets. Breakfast served all day, with Joe's Special and the Mendocino Sampler being my personal favorites. Omelets are satisfying and well portioned. Love the hot chocolate with whipped cream and cherry on top. The shakes are delicious too. Stars also has 'daily specials' for all 3 meals periods which can save money. Waitresses friendly and attentive. Definitely family friendly with all the choices, there will be something their to enjoy even for the most difficult eaters. Easy access just off Perkins St exit, in same parking lot as CVS. Wish they could get a large sign to advertise on the 101. The mall should allow it. I'm guessing they are missing a lot of business with travelers not seeing the restaurant, as restaurant is often not busy.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Star's restaurant today. The staff was friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. The restaurant has a relaxing ambiance. I am an extremely picky eater but was impressed by the food quality. I ordered the "Star's chicken wrap" and it was delicious! My husband ordered the "Joe's skillet" and he was a happy camper. My daughter ordered chicken fettuccine pasta that came with a side salad-portions are huge! My two boys each had an Oreo milkshake with chicken strips and fries/fruits. Our waitress was a sweetheart, she came out with some of the cooks and sang happy birthday to my son. She also surprised him with a Neapolitan ice cream sundae. We are so happy and grateful to Star's restaurant & staff for making my son's birthday dinner extra special. Thank you & see you soon!

Great fresh homestyle taste to all of the food. VERY filling. Excellent service as well, our waitress was very attentive and cheerful.

Our booth was clean, the restaurant wasn't overly loud, but still busy. $15 - $25 dollar plates.

Friendly staff, quick service. Had salads which were HUGE (oriental chicken & Thai chicken). Very nice. Nice and clean.

Food is delicious and there are options for everyone in your family! I have never had a bad meal and the staff is great. My mom and I make it a girls day and have a mimosa too 😊

Clean, friendly, great service. I had the Avocado and Shrimp Salad with Ranch Dressing. Prices were reasonable. Nice dining experience.

My friend Debbi and I went there for lunch on Monday and it was great! It was her first time here and she loved the eggs Benedict. I had the vintage burger (awesome).

This is definitely an old restaurant. The service was very good. Friendly, attentive, HOT fresh coffee. chix fried steak bkfst for dinner, eggs. Country potatoes and gravy, biscuit. Good portions that I didn't eat it all. Very good food.

Haven't been here before but I'm going back cuz it was good the service was pretty good faster than I expected for being as busy as it was definitely I am going back for the breakfast I had potatoes and eggs bacon and sausage excellent

Huge servings, friendly fast service! Cajun salmon was amazing, salads are enormous, buffalo chicken wrap was perfect and grilled chicken sandwich was really good! We have enough leftovers for a nice lunch tomorrow 😋
