Love the prices and the variety of things they sell also the customer service there is great

I was very impressed I haven't been to big lots in quite a while the store was very clean it's like it's under new management Everything was well organized No clutter New layout of the store Very enjoyable to shop there.

It is a great store with low prices, and I shop there once a week or so. I am able to feed my family on less than half of what Safeway or the Lucky grocery store charges. The Big lots store is also cleaned at least as regularly as the bigger chain stores in town. This is why I write Big lots with five stars

LOTS OF GOOD STUFF ! Cleaner inside the store. Tiffany was a big help in looking for the cord I wanted.

It's alright didn't find what we needed

The 5 stars I give for the discounts for in correctly posted prices in every department it's absurd but take advantage of the disorganized appearance and misuse or disgruntled employee having fun with the price gun lol

Great selection of prices at beyond competitive prices! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and check-out time is minimal (outside holiday season, but hey, you expect longer waits). Store is clean and layout makes intuitive sense.

Friendly staff. They are the only one's that carry a spice that I love. Prices went up. Over all great.

Always friendly staff and clean store. Who doesn't love a discount. Big Lots has it all. One of my all time favorite stores. Only wish there was one a little closer than Ukiah.

This is the best big lots I have ever visited. The manager in particular is extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. 5/5 would visit this location for my discount shopping needs again.

There are a lot of different items here. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Big lots is my go to place for small appliances and most kitchen utensils. They also have a good selection of sheets and towels. They have almost anything that you might be looking for. I bought reading glasses today.

They have mostly everything I need, prices are a bit higher than Walmart on some things but I still rather come here and not have to take long at the register

Biglots is great for furniture seasonal and alot of other things we sell tvs on occasion we sell pools in the summer alot of great stuff for around the garden and house. We currently sell gazebos and patio furntiture

Love this store. However it is just going further and further down the not so inviting to shop stage. It needs atmosphere.

Cashier is an awesome person got in and out with no issues even found an awesome Lego set. That really puts ur mind to work
