Sonoma Hotel

Stayed at this hotel recently. Had no problem booking a room nor checking in. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. The rooms were very clean, and we had a great stay. It's located near Wine Country so every day was a great day lol. Would absolutely recommend for a stay!

In recent months, I've had to travel to our Sonoma work site more often, opting consistently to lodge at this particular location. Nestled in the heart of the square, its convenience is unparalleled, with all amenities within easy walking distance. Parking has never posed an issue, since I usually get there in the evening and the spot adjacent to the entrance reliably awaits my arrival. As a solo traveler, this setup suits me perfectly—effortless in its simplicity, quaint and loaded with historical charm, that adds an extra layer of allure. My favorite thing to do before calling it a night, is to sit in the park across the street where I can decompress and delight in the soothing chorus of frogs!

It's a lovely and very old hotel in the heart of Sonoma city. It is a very old hotel so everything there is tiny and compact. Even though, our stay was very nice. They are connected to the fig and the girl restaurant which has excellent cocktails and very good food. The service was nice. Since we were there during the Covid-19 pandemic we didn't really interact much with the stuff.

Quaint old hotel. Perfect location for walking. Rooms are very small. No free parking.

Stopped in for a drink and an appetizer and was so happy we did! Friendly staff, friendly regulars, cool atmosphere and great mixed drinks makes for a great experience. Had a deliscious cheese plate and some house made focaccia, excellent.

Awesome hotel with tons of charm. Great free wine at 5pm and the coffee and pastries in the morning were stellar.

Within walking distance to everything you need in Sonoma. Great wine, restaurants, and cool shops.

Great boutique hotel located right off Sonoma Square. Couldn't ask for a better location. Only down side is there is no parking lot and street parking can be a challenge.

Highly recommended making reservations next door at Girl and The Fig for dinner.

If you are wine tasting make a reservation at Three Sticks Winery right up the street. They have great wines and a wonderful venue.
If you are a Pinot Noir or Chardonnay lover make a reservation at Auteur winery around the corner from the hotel.

Great location, stayed for one night after bailing on the napa Marriott. They are a boutique style hotel so expectations should be in that range. They definitely could do some updating, can also get loud here depending upon the night.

Had one of the best brunches at "the girl abd the fig", inside the Sonoma hotel. Fresh, authentic and delicious french menu, with an amazing cheese and wine selection. The lavander creme brule is a must try!

Dinner at the Girl & Fig Restaurant was great. However it's no secret, everyone knows. Make reservations in advance or you might be waiting for a while.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfortable beds in cozy rooms, delicious breakfast pastries in the morning and a very quaint and historic feel overall. I enjoyed my stay immensely at this hotel when I was visiting Sonoma.

Sonoma Hotel is a rare gem in an historic wine country building. Located on the plaza, it's the perfect spot to explore Sonoma and nearby sites. Five stars!

This is the most lovely place you could find in an already lovely town. Every detail is done to perfection. The clawfoot tub is a must have experience.

Restaurant only: the staff was friendly and the food was prompt and delicious. The inside out burger (juicy Lucy) was my entree and I had the fries on the side

Had a nice leisurely bottle of wine sitting out front in the afternoon. Can't beat that.
