Bancroft Inn of Sonoma

Our stay at the Bancroft Inn was really nice. Camille was an amazing host and helped us to book everything. This is your traditional B&B experience so you’re sharing the common areas with the other guests which we enjoyed. We played cards in the living room while the other guests had drinks and laughs in the dining room. In the morning Camille set up a really nice spread with pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit for us as well as hot tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay at the Bancroft Inn. This is a really cute B&B within walking distance of the main square in Sonoma (great location). Breakfast was delicious and a really great spread - choices for everyone (but the fresh berries and the almond croissant were 👍🏼). But aside from all that... Camille the inn keeper was delightful! She was super helpful and nothing was an issue. She even called a couple of wineries to make tasting bookings for us, and gave us great recommendations for the day ahead. Fully recommend staying here.

This is amazing place to stay! Clean with high end linens. Owners are super nice and accommodating if we had any needs. What a great location... walking distance to downtown with lovely shops and eateries. Grounds are peaceful and well manicured. Weather is wonderful in Sonoma. So many wineries in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

I cannot recommend this inn highly enough! Though I wasn't able to stay due to wedding logistics issues, Cale was extremely helpful, the property was lovely from the outside and a great combination of tradition + modern conveniences on the inside, and the location cannot be beat. If you'd like privacy and a home from which to explore Sonoma town, county, and surroundings, this is it!

Lovingly cared for historical home short walk from Sonoma's famous square. Our Wisteria Suite was charmingly decorated with great attention to detail. Bed and bath linens were luxurious and the bed super comfy. Backyard was a dream

Kale at Bancroft Inn was amazing during this COVID pandemic. Our group was out of state and he was so kind in accommodating/working on a solution with us since we weren't able to go! I 100% plan to go stay at his beautiful Inn in the future!

A charming historical building right in the heart of Sonoma. Walking distance from downtown tasting rooms, the owners are very friendly and will not hesitate to make you comfortable for your stay!

Location is super convenient as you can walk to the square for dining. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The grounds are nice for relaxing outdoors.

Looks like a nice, relaxing, homelylike, clean & serene place to spend some relaxation time. It's a quiet place walking distance from the tourist area at the Square downtown. It's beautiful and clean.

Just what I wanted. Quiet and left alone. Room was great/rustic and inviting. Clean and plenty of space for us both to plan the next days events.

Loved the place, clean, great location, like living in a house of the 60s in the country with a nice yard at the back to sit and enjoy breakfast and lovely breakfast.

Super clean wonderful place

Less than 5 min walk from town square and plenty of great food, wine and beer options. The inn itself is a charming victorian farmhouse with some updates and a lot of original detail. Rooms are rustic and comfy with good quality bedding and linens. Best part was a very nice inn keeper who was very attentive and the pretty spot on breakfast with berries and very fresh pastries.

Very homely environment in an incredibly well kept historical house. We stayed in a room facing onto the main road which was marginally noisier than we have preferred. The innkeeper was very lively and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and local with some fresh options. Great spot for a brief stop over.
