Working with Alex was great. From the moment we stepped into Wallaroos she was able to guide us through the different couches that might fit our needs. One of the best sales-women we’ve encountered! We purchased on the spot - we haven’t picked up our sectional yet, so I can’t review on that. However service was excellent.

We came in looking for a bed and Ruben our sales representative said to try the smart life bed. As he took us through the comfort settings and let us mess around with it, we decided to get the bed. Ruben was great at answering all our questions and made sure if he did not know the answer that he asked someone the answer. Very professional and very well mannered. Would 100% recommend Wallaroos to friends and family. Ruben exceeded the mission statement of offering high quality, beautiful pieces to everyone. As he really took the time to make sure that we were absolutely sure about the bed that we wanted.

I recently went into Wallaroos on 2100 S. in Salt Lake City. What an excellent experience. Rue was So helpful and fun to work with! I had been in last May. I was “just looking “ then but Alex helped me find a Beautiful pink sofa ❤, been pining for since. I am beside myself to have finally got it!!! Thanks to the Both of you!!! Muah!!!

Alex interior designed our living room entirely for us. She identified great furniture pieces for our space given the size, paint, and flooring. She helped us pick out couches, side tables and book shelves, lamps, rugs, and art. She was very knowledgeable about products and quality. She went above and beyond with customer service and professionalism. Everything was well priced too! We will be back to work with Alex again!

Love my Bliss- top grain leather modular sofa! I was lucky to walk away with the floor model considering Wallaroo’s furniture is made to order! The best part’s I have an option to add-on a chaise or ottoman down the line. Very happy with the quality, design and functionality! Ask for Alex!

What a great experience it was to receive our 10ft Cypress dining table today. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew than Matt, Steve and Devon. They were super accommodating. Our driveway was a bit too steep for the 26ft box truck so they unboxed the table and hauled it up the driveway and into the dining room. Matt’s positive attitude coupled with Steve’s expertise in setting the table up and Devon’s willingness to help in every way possible made for a very successful delivery and install.
These guys were courteous, conscientious and professional.

Steve and Bobby delivered our couches today and they were amazing. Both of them were very personable and nice. They even assembled the couches for us. We are very grateful for them.

We love our new couch! The salesman at the store and the delivery guys were awesome to work with! We had a problem fitting the big piece into our house and had to have the delivery guys take it back. Fortunately it was already in the process of being made into two pieces so it would fit so we decided to wait a little longer for it and are very happy with how it turned out. Thank you:)

I found a couch online that looked just like this one and I was hesitant to buy from online. I just happened to stumble in here and found one that looked the exact same and fell in love. When we went to go pick it up, Amy went above and beyond helping take care of us and our couch. She was friendly and approachable and made the whole move very easy! Very happy with our purchase and experience!

Wanted to share how great Alex and David at SLC's Wallaroo are! I just happened to walk in to see if they might have a coffee table for my daughter, as we had been looking a long time. Alex took the time to listen to our specifications and show all the pieces that fit. Each one was unique and very well made with a reasonable price. Not only did we purchase a coffee table, but a beautiful side table caught my eye and I purchased that as well. Alex and David are a great team and made us feel so welcome without any pressure!

We are so excited about our service here, excited about our purchase as well. The service weve recieved from Shane Wright has been above and beyond. We've been furniture shopping for the perfect peice that fits us and our home, but unfortunately we've walked away from a purchase due to terrible customer service. We are so excited to have found what we are looking for and feel comfortable spending more money due to the excellent service. Thank you Shane for your time.
