Fleet Feed SD exceeded all my expectations! I made an appointment for a fitting and I am really glad I did. Not only did I learn that I've been wearing shoes a size too small but I also received a full 3D scan of my feet with all the details about weight distribution, arch shape, heel size etc. Next, the sales rep, Peter, explained all the scan data and recommended a few pairs of shoes. As a newbie runner, I really appreciated his level of engagement, his expertise and more importantly his enthusiasm for helping me select the best pair of shoes.
In summary, if you're looking for new running shoes, go see Peter at Fleet Feet SD. He'll make sure you get the best shoes for your needs. The shoes he recommended took care of my ankle pain and helped me set some Strava PRs. What else could you ask for?

My experience at Fleet Feet was absolutely incredible. My physical therapist referred me to Fleet Feet so I could get shoes and insoles that are made for my feet and low arches. The assessment process was extremely thorough and the employee assisting me was very knowledgable. He helped problem solve some issues I was having and worked with me to recommend shoes and insoles that would benefit my feet. I am so relieved I went to Fleet Feet and I already feel a difference with reduced foot and knee pain!

Wow. From beginning to end the experience was so welcoming, informative and genuine. We had an amazing young man named Peter who helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my upcoming half Marathon training. Peter was not only informative, but my boyfriend and I LOVED how knowledgeable he was on each shoe, how it should fit, and how each one would fit different. The foot scan was absolutely the most fun part, that’s how you know Fleet Feet does not play around when it comes to getting you the perfect shoe for YOU. Was happy to know I was supporting a small business as well. Not only was Peter knowledgeable of shoes, but he could tell us which protein snacks, or gels he preferred over the others and why. And he was even able to help out in female apparel, I was very pleasantly surprised. Fleet feet 100% takes care of their customers and definitely want to make long term connections to come back and help with any of your fitness needs. I met the nicest people and fellow customers who were so welcoming and supported my journey into running. In regards to price, you get what you pay for and with Fleet Feet, and it is always the best. However for someone who is a frugal shopper, I would much rather get the right shoes and equipment to help me succeed with the best team at Fleet Feet and spend more, than go to any other store that just wants to sell me the most expensive shoe. Overall, Fleet Feet has gained another very happy customer as well as a few more since we can’t stop telling our friends how much we’ve loved it. A couple of years ago I heard that this store had provided shoes to a refugee family in the community, so I decided to give them my business. Since then I have had several great experiences here getting shoes for myself and my family. The staff are absolutely amazing. Recently I bought a pair of Hokas and after wearing them for two weeks the heel tab ripped off. They traded them in for another pair, no questions asked. I love this place!

Always professional, kind, funny, go way above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. No one knows my feet needs better than Katy!

A great shop with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Catherine helped me get measured up and found me a pair of running shoes that fit like a dream. And for a very reasonable price. I definitely will return the next time I need new running shoes.

I honestly love this shoe store. This is where I buy all my athletic shoes. From hiking, to running, and everyday walking all of my recent shoe purchases have been from here. I've gotten my girlfriend, and even her sister to buy shoes from Fleet Feet. It's just great to have people who know what they're talking about when it comes to shoes help you get the right fit you need to keep your feet feeling great. My everyday walking shoes are a pair of Brooks that feel amazing that came from here after I returned a pair of shoes that didn't feel good after a week. They took the return, no questions asked and put that money towards these new shoes. Great place. Definitely worth the money. Check it out. 👍

Nice to have options when looking for running attire - they have a good selection of women's clothing from many different brands. The salespeople were helpful and funny.

Highly recommend! Very friendly employees and owner, knowledgeable, patient, customer satisfaction is important to them, and you can buy a variety of products from shoes to socks to clothes to pre and post workout equipment for stretching/rollers etc.

Amazing staff overall but you really gotta go and ask for Craig who is an absolute delight. He was so supportive and knowledgeable on all things—I left feeling confident and empowered.

I love going to Fleet Feet because staff make it so much easier to shop for athletic shoes. The staff have experience with wearing different types of shoes and are runners and athletic themselves. The shop is clean and inventory is plenty. I’ve also ordered a pair of shoes from them to be delivered to my house and they arrived on time. I’ve purchased running bras, running pants and a few shoes from this store. I used to go to Road Runner to buy my shoes but I found it became overwhelming with the shoe buying process by having to put your name on a list and then getting called to be seen. My shopping experience is much more enjoyable here and that’s why I keep coming back.

Shopping here is not just getting great service and knowledge, but supporting people who truly care about our community. Their Thanksgiving run is so fun (and astonishingly has been free) and the weekly runs have inspired my kids to run every week. The entire staff are so kind and helpful. They have great products. Carmel Valley is so lucky to have this store. Kevin, Katie and Logan have helped us with above and beyond service.

Customer service is always great and big thanks to Katy and Cole. My family and I always go here for our running shoe needs whether it be shoes, clothing, or GU stuff.
