Best experience! I can’t thank the iAM crew enough for the outstanding therapy. This is my second knee surgery and even though this time around I was slow to get to my goal, Christian and his therapists were able to get me moving and grooving. Hopefully, I won’t need PT for a long while. But if I do, I will definitely be coming back here.

The physical therapist at IAM are fantastic. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get back on my bike and hit the trails 9 weeks after knee surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and my experience. I recommend IAM to anyone who might need PT.

Dr Christian Robertozzi was an excellent physical therapist and brought me from directly post-op to 100% in record time. I had hip surgery nine weeks ago and am walking out after my 15th appointment completely healed, back to full range-of-motion, strength and minimal pain. He listened to my concerns, took the time to work with me individually and showed me additional exercises and stretches to do in the future. I recommend iAM physical therapy whole-heartedly to anyone that needs post-operative PT!

What a great place for physical therapy. Hannah, I hope I have her name right, at the front desk is great. Christian is so polite, understanding, professional, concerned, caring, and on top of all that the man is funny. If you need P/T do yourself a favor and consider iAM in Bentonville AR. Christian, Kyle, and his staff are wonderful! Appointments are available usually same week, sometimes even same day. They really work with you to make sure you get the care you need, when you need it. They are willing to work with patients in terms of payment plans and such. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell they really care for their patients and care about what they do.

During my visit, I got dry needling done in my neck, shoulders, and back for some pain i’d been having that I couldn’t get rid of— wish i’d done it sooner! Christian walked me through what to expect and the process was pain free and produced really good results.

If you’re on the fence, just go for it. This clinic will exceed your expectations.

I had a great experience at iAM! I had a meniscus tear and needed physical therapy for a few months after surgery. Dr. Christian was very knowledgeable, positive and encouraging. It made PT fun. It was also easy to work around my schedule. The whole staff is very friendly.

I went here after a full ankle repair and saw Dr. Christian. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he is also kind, supportive and comforting. His sense of humor is a plus; he dealt with my antics with ease and grace.

I have been to several physical therapists in Bentonville for different outdoor sports-related injuries and this one is, by far, the best and my favorite. From the staff to the service to the exercises, you'll get a full gamut of care that is specialized and catered to you and your healing.

I was referred to iAM for knee rehab. Everything was a positive experience, from scheduling appointments to my treatment sessions. The staff was professional but also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. It was not chaotic with too many clients on the floor which I’ve experienced at other places. My knee is improved and I highly recommend Dr. Christian and iAM for PT needs.

Had a great experience here and I highly recommend iAM Physical Therapy. Dr. Christian Robertozzi worked with me to recover from a shoulder injury I had been dealing with for months. I really liked his personalized approach because it helped me identify where I was at, where I was still having trouble, and how to progress from there. I learned a ton of new exercises that I will continue to use in the future. I was particularly impressed by the dry needling therapy. I noticed significant improvement in my shoulder over my 6 weeks at iAM physical therapy and am finally able to make it back into the gym. Christian was also very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Dr. Kyle Roliard was very helpful in helping me regain my range of motion during the knee surgery that I had. He also gave me quite a few exercises I could use at home and was very attentive to the needs that I had. He did an excellent job in assisting me in recovery. I also had no problems at all with them accepting my insurance!

Working with Christian to rehab my knee has been a great experience. He’s been very kind and patient with my never ending knee injury. Christian has enabled to me to gain much needed strength while also helping me nurse my knee back into shape. I highly recommend Christian and his staff at iAM!

I’m not one to often post reviews but life has dealt me many visits to physical therapy so I feel confident in my appraisal. My experience at iAM was overwhelmingly positive. Dr Robertozzi and staff were a pleasure to work with and I’m well on my way to full recovery thanks to them. His ability to perform dry needling is a real asset to the process. Finally I really appreciated the respect for my time. Unlike other visits to doctors, therapists, etc. I never once was made to wait to begin the session. I feel that this is an important consideration in evaluating the overall experience.

I have been working with Christian for 5 weeks now since my UCL reconstruction surgery and I have already seen extraordinary growth. Both he and the rest of the staff at iAM Physical Therapy are very down to earth and have been an amazing help during this process. Could not imagine going elsewhere for physical therapy. 100% recommend!

I recently had surgery for my right shoulder. My rotator cuff was in poor shape, bone spurs, arthritis, damaged tendons, etc.
The surgery was a great success but I needed physical therapy to complete the repair.
I was referred to iAm where Dr. Robertozzi began the process and it is a process. I saw Dr Robertozzi twice a week for 1hour session each time.
He began by establishing a base line of my complete shoulder movement. Started gentle stretching and movement of the range of motion of my shoulder which progressed with exercises, added resistance and strength exercises until my shoulder is nearly 100%. It has not felt this good for years.
iAM and the staff is THE place to go for any physical therapy. You may need.

I was extremely pleased with the service at That’t The Knot. All of the staff is super friendly and outgoing. The environment is also very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Christian was recommended through my general practitioner due to my back pain. My back pain prevented me from dancing to my fullest capability. I started seeing significant results of relief after my first session with Dr.Cristian. Dr. Christian is sincere in wanting to see your complete well- being. I was always asked if anything was painful or how I was doing. Comfort is a top priority at That’s The Knot. I highly recommend dry needling as well. Dry needling gave me the instant relief I needed. Not only was I given treatment to relieve my pain, I was also given exercises to stabilize my back, so I could continue dancing without constant aching. If I ever have undesired pain again, Dr.Christian is the first person I would contact. Overall, my experience at That’s The Knot was outstanding, and if anyone has any type of pain I highly recommend That’s The Knot physical therapy.
