Great music store in Bentonville. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Went in look I ng for a simple adapter. They had multiple options and treated me awesome even though I was only there for a $6 item. Tom Katz and the rest of the staff are always amazing to work with. Even found a cool steel drum I had never seen before

Been looking for A Bigsby B6 gold left hand for sometime. Saw on line that AMW had one. I'm an old guy who doesn't shop on line. Made the trip from out of state and glad I did. Was telling the guys what I wanted and they said come on back in the warehouse and let's see what we have. MAN OH MAN! If they don't have it. They can get it! But they had everything there that I needed. Can't wait to get home and put it on my Peerless Wizard Custom. Yes I know that the B6 is for thick body guitars (think Gibson ES175). But they had the short hinge for thin body.

My son had lost one of the string ferrules from his Fender Jazz Bass so I was searching for a new set of ferrules for him. I searched Fender's website for these and Fender did not have them listed. I ran across Reverb while searching and found these at Arkansas Musicworks. I placed the order on Wednesday and received them on Saturday. These match the originals perfectly. Arkansas Musicworks had just the item I needed for a guitar upgrade project. AMW offered a set of PRS Vintage-Style Locking Tuners less than MSRP, with free shipping. Olivia, at AMW, guided me through the purchase on Reverb.com, and reassured me I wouldn't be disappointed, though it required research to be sure these tuners would be drop-in replacements without any modification required. I pass through NWA once a year to visit parents. Mom bought a piano at Arkansas Musicworks a few years ago and recommended -- glad she did! Good deals on instruments, discounts on standard stuff (picks, etc). Love my new guitar (tangent: Yamaha A3 series amazing for that price range! reallllly playable, sounds great). Very nice folks with high quality gear. Skip Guitar Center and and other big box music store and just go straight here.
Prices may be a tad higher but it's worth it to deal with folks who aren't just your typical music store snobby employees or the "I wish I wasn't here right now" mentality of so many music store staff members at other music stores. These guys pay attention and genuinely try to take care of your needs. It's very nice and has been fairly uncommon in my 35 years or so of visiting music stores.
I will be visiting often for purchases, repairs and any other music needs I may have.

I went there today and everybody was great. I had a not very good experience there quite a while back, like they were pissed that I was there. But today was different staff than was there before and they were very friendly and helpful. After todays visit I'm all about going back and recommending it. Thank you guys. Y'all were awesome 🤘

Great people, honest and helpful.

I went in to donate a 100 year old saxophone, and have a guitar evaluated. I had done plenty of research on it and had a good idea of the value.

They came in looked at it and gave me an honest opinion and price. So nice to find someone like that.
