Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It is nice to have a place that serves traditional food. I enjoy their soups, pancakes, and chicken pot pie. The gift shop also is a great place to pick up gifts.

First time going and I was impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress was very attentive throughout our meal until we left. The pancakes and biscuits were the best. My parents loved their meals and coffee. I love how they serve the syrup in little glass bottles. The service was fast and restaurant was clean and inviting. They have a great staff. It's a place that I definitely recommend going.

The food is pretty much your typical down home country cookin'. Nothing special. Pretty much matched the farm country atmosphere. Yet their service is always great, friendly and welcoming.

I love the country stores. We were sat right away. Food came out quickly and was warm. Biscuits were fresh. Easy at table checkout with QR code. Do Always ask for extra butter in you have many in your parry, I have found they never bring enough unless you do. I would recommend.

Literally had the best breakfast of life! I had a casserole that had steak, over easy eggs, cheesy hashbrowns, green onions, tomatoes, and it came with biscuits & gravy for $13.99. I was blown away that it came with so much food and it was genuinely the most delicious breakfast ever! Our son loved his food and my husband did too. It is a great place for the whole family. Staff was polite and tentative. We walked around the store afterwards, and it was awesome! Definitely recommend!

Brooklyn was our server and was Phenomenal! She was kind and patient as I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she knew the menu and exactly how I should order! I really appreciated her help! I will definitely be returning:)

We usually have good service and a friendly face. sometimes the servers are very tired. (understandable)
We got there after lunch while they were cleaning floors. we had to move our feet a bit. ( n0 problem) We had a tall young man with a smiling face and excited to take care of our orders.
All in all... good service, good food. we will return again between lunch and dinner.

Food is always amazing. Service as well. Store is fun to stroll through before and after your meal.

Service and food quality has been very consistent at the gilbert location, which is where we go to most often. Chad has great customer service awareness and skills. We sit in his area whenever possible. We sat in Johnathon's area today, and he was just as attentive.
The food has been spot on with great taste and quality. We order the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and hash brown casserole. Wife loves the greens. It's our go to resteraunt.

First time at Cracker Barrel. Will definitely return. Food was great. Prices better than we expected. Best of all was our server. She did an awesome job of taking care of us. Shopping was so fun for us. Made a purchase.

I came to dine between the breakfast and lunch crowd so my wait wasn't long, about ten minutes. Staff was friendly, great waiter and delicious food. I had the fried catfish, with fried okra and turnips as sides. All great. I'll certainly be back.

We had perfect servis from our server.
The food was great also.

We're just leaving this location and I have to brag about our server. I was in Customer Service for over 20 years and know that the soft skills necessary to be good at the job are not possessed by everyone. Edie is one of those people who not only has the skills but uses them to benefit the people she serves. She is professional and friendly, empathetic, cheerful but, most important for restaurants, not at all intrusive. She absolutely made our visit to this location and was a real joy -- and we only spoke four times. Our thanks to you and to Edie.

Hadn't been there in awhile buy it was " excellent "! I had 5 people in my dinner party. Food was cooked to perfection. An here's the topper. 100.00 for way alot of food. Can't beat that down home cooking for so little amount!!!!

Cracker barrel is what it is a great place to get a hot meal. It's not fine dining but it is nice dining. Definitely comfort food.

Just wanted to leave a note that the Cracker Barrel on Higley and the 60 is outstanding. The manager went out of his way to fix a problem that in no way was his but was a problem that DoorDash had created and would not take responsibility for. The manager at this location is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this location to everyone. They will take good care of you.

Our server was phenomenal and so kind and accommodating to everyone in our party. They were extremely patient with our elderly family members which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and fantastic service

Husband & I went...It was my very first time and it was delicious! The Store has ALL KINDS OF COOL STUFF! Bought some earrings of course!Can spend a whole paycheck in there easily 😊

Cracker Barrel is always our go to when we're out running errands and want to get a bite to eat. The service is always great as well as the food. We like that they are always updating their menu with new items but are aware that some items are customer favorites and they keep them on the menu!
