Best auto shop I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. They're fair, honest, and helpful. I don't take my car anywhere else anymore because after several visits they've proven to me that I can trust them not to screw me over. Refreshingly genuine employees. I'd recommend this spot to anyone from orem to mapleton who needs maintenance on their vehicle.

I had them service the fleet vehicles for a company I worked for. I was impressed with their honesty, integrity, and fair price. they are usually booked out about 2 weeks but that is because they are that good of a company that everyone is willing to wait so they know the job is done right and for a fair price. I have recommended them to just about anyone who needs auto work done. they really are the best in utah county.

Honest and won't up charge you for anything. They genuinely want you and your car to be safe.

Travis is an amazing mechanic! I sent a friend with an overheating Subaru to see him. He fixed the problem quickly and at a better price than we could find anywhere in Utah County. It would be hard to find a better and more affordable mechanic anywhere. Kimber Automotive is very busy but is worth the wait.

Accommodating. Practical. Seasoned. Well-priced. Communicative. Informative. Quick. Even just great to visit with Travis. We’ve found our mechanic shop for good, feeling more settled and cared for away from the chains like Big-O. Fantastic service here! New rotors and breaks. Wife says it drives so smooth again.

Got an aftermarket hitch installed onto my Veloster and he made quick work of it. He was very personable and it felt like a conversation from friend to friend instead of a business transaction.

Absolutely the best mechanic I've ever found.

I've been a backyard mechanic since the age of 16 when I got my first truck, and had to learn to fix it myself or not have a car. Nearly twenty years later, and I've continued to do most of my own work mostly because I never found a mechanic I trusted and felt did a good job for the money.

That has changed with Travis from Kimber Auto. A friend recommended Kimber Auto, and I recently had a somewhat involved repair that I didn't want to do out in my cold wet driveway, so I tried them out. I can't say enough good about Travis' work and willingness to try a somewhat unconventional repair (at my request) to save me the cost of a much more expensive fix.

Travis was more then willing to try my method, and it worked great! Speaking with him as an amateur mechanic, I can tell he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, and I felt his labor prices were more than fair. Finally, after all these years, I've found my mechanic. I highly recommend Kimber Auto and Travis. Give them a try, you will wonder why you didn't see them sooner!

Travis is just a great guy. He is upfront and honest about his prices (which are the best!) He is quick as well, and these are the two most important things I look for in a mechanic. I was stressed about an issue with my car not passing emissions, and he found the problem quickly, fixed it, and charged me less for everything he did than any place in Provo was going to charge for the diagnostic fee alone. I have gone to him ever since and will recommend him to everyone in the area.

Top quality work and incredible pricing. Kimber Automotive was recommended to me several years ago; I won't go anywhere but Kimber now. Always the first place I recommend. If they don't do what you need there, they'll recommend someone you can trust.
Occasionally you'll have to schedule out a bit. They're busy because they are fair and good. Do yourself a favor and wait for a spot on the schedule.

I was referred to Kimber Auto by some friends on Facebook, and I’m glad I trusted them. I had already had a terrible experience somewhere else where I spent 3 hours with 4 children under 6, and after all that they said could not properly diagnose it to fix it. These guys had it diagnosed and fixed in about the same amount of time. Debbie was sweet and called me with updates, and Travis was great. He stayed a little later so I could get the car and then was kind enough to explain what was going on with the car and what needed fixed in a language that I understood! It was all fair and honest, and if I ever need to go back for any reason, they will be where I go! Thanks for making it so easy, fast, and convenient!

Something went south with our brakes over the weekend and we were looking for someone to have a look for us and remembered that this shop was right here in our neighborhood, I popped in without an appointment and Travis was all over it, He was friendly, gave me a quote and said it would be done by afternoon, he came in well under what I thought it would be and had us back on the road by 3. Thanks Travis, you have earned another customer. I'm happy to recommend you to anyone who asks.

Had a great experience with Kimber auto. Pricing was lower for what I needed than everywhere else I called for quotes and they even ended up coming in lower than I expected.. Every time I spoke with Travis down there I felt conversations were straightforward and honest, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They do awesome work, and pay attention to the little things. I was referred to Kimber Automotive by Franks lakeside in Provo where my uncle has been going for years.

These guys are amazing. We've been having problems with the battery going dead in our vehicle for over a year. I looked online for a good mechanic and went to Kimber Auto Repair in Springville based on all the great reviews. It's very rare to see a mechanic with all 5 star reviews so I was a little skeptical, but let me tell you...these guys did not disappoint. They took our vehicle for a day and figured out what was causing the battery to go dead and they fixed it. It's been running great ever since and we have not had a single battery related problem. On top of that, they are super friendly and courteous and they explained what the problem was in a way that was easy for a "vehicular impaired" person like me to understand. And if that wasn't enough, the price they charged to work on our car all day was EXTREMELY reasonable. If you have a problem with your car, I would definitely recommend these guys. They certainly deserve all the 5 star ratings they've received.

I had a neighbor highly recommend this person. He replaced the fuel pump on her car. She said he was honest and had great prices. So on her recommendation I took my van in for some diagnostics because my engine light was going on and off. He called back and helped me understand what was going on. He is very knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend him to anyone!

Travis has been very helpful more than once as we have some real gems when it comes to our transportation. He's done great work and is reasonably priced. He's been good to answer my questions as well. Overall a good shop and a great guy.
