Food done right. Excellent portion sizes, unlike other food trucks. Authentic in their approach to food and serving customers. I got the bolognese, I recommend making it spicy. Would get more food here again easily. 5 stars!

Best Food truck I’ve ever been to. Overall I came away very impressed with the quality of food… this is truly top tier Italian. Francesco was super personable and made me and my group feel at home. I had the bolognese and split a panzerotti with some friends. We finished it off with cannoli. It was all amazing.

Went to the food truck in Tooele. It was amazing. First timer and I was Not disappointed. Heard amazing things. It was phenomenal. The recommendations were on spot. Loved how they asked questions to see what I would like!!!

We had an amazing experience, Panzerotti was amazing. I hadn't had one in over 20 years! The cannolis were the best ever! Can't wait to try the pasta!

I have always wanted to try their pasta. I have tried the Cannolis and those were amazing in the past. So I finally tried their pasta today when they were in tooele. Absolutely the best service and I can’t wait till they are back out here.

I have been to Bacio D’Italia twice now and both times the food was so great! I especially like the Alla Vodka!

This truck came to my work today and I don’t normally get the food truck food but when people came in with their food I couldn’t say no. 10/10 some of the best pasta I’ve ever had.

Incredible, authentic Italian food!! The bolognese tastes just like in Italy. Don’t miss out on the cannolis. The owners are friendly and the customer service is impeccable.

We went to this food truck in Tooele. It was absolutely delicious! The food is made fresh with fresh ingredients. The flavors are heavenly! The vendors were so happy and friendly and thanked us for our business! A fantastic experience! Please come back to Tooele often!

The penne allá vodka was fantastic. Especially with the fresh Parmesan on top. This is a top italian food spot for sure

Holy. Moly. I had this for the first time yesterday and it’s honestly the best pasta I’ve ever eaten! I got the Cacio E Pepe on penne.. SO YUMMY!!
