Zane was a pleasure to work with! He was very helpful, provided great customer service with prompt follow up. He gave me a quote comparison (apples to apples) and made my decision to leave Allstate an easy one. Zane took care of cancelling my old policy and sent me the required documents and temporary insurance cards within minutes.
