Valley Collision

A week and a half ago our Yukon hit a deer. After seeing the covered auto body shops through our insurance, I chose Valley Collision based on their location and all of their reviews.

Valley Collision couldn’t have better communication. I was constantly updated on the progress of our vehicle. The repairs look perfect. Our car was so clean inside and out when we went to pick it up. I really appreciate them and their work. I would definitely choose to use them again should I ever need to.

Valley Collision made my truck look better than I brought it in. They did all the repairs necessary, kept me posted when the truck was going to be ready. The staff are awesome to talk to. Thank you so much to everyone at Valley Collision for doing such a great job. I left the place with the biggest smile ever.

This place is great. Scheduling my repair, picking up my car and very thing in between was easy! Communication with the kind lady up front and the great guy who did the repair was great! They even washed my car, inside and out and they did a great job at that!! If you want a no drama, easy as can be fix on your vehicle.. go here! They deserve more than just five stars!! Thank you!

Valley Collision was quick with the repairs, kept me updated the entire time, and just overall did a fantastic job. The car was returned spick and span too. They even took care of the rental drop off process.

They were super fast with my car! Better priced than others. The outside work was done flawlessly! Not only did the wash the outside of my car super good (I know I had lots of bugs stuck to my car before) but the inside as well was cleaned super well and smelt amazing! It makes me feel like I have a brand new car again! Very happy with their service and will use them again if I have any future repairs!

I appreciate the responsiveness and attention that was provided throughout the process. The communication was clear from the estimate through completion. I would give Valley Collision six stars if I could. They were polite, did great work, communicated updates often, and I loved that they detailed the car before giving it back to us! It felt like new! Best experience I have had with an auto related business in decades!

This company was absolutely fantastic. I was rear-ended at a red light and was dreading the process of getting it fixed, but these guys made it super easy. Tab kept me informed of the status and Lindsey was super helpful and friendly. They also detailed my car before I picked it up… I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle away. Valley Collision is a great find for me. Great work, great service, and a great team of friendly, communicative, and detail-oriented people. They are taking care of two cars for me right now and I couldn’t be more appreciative of being in such great hands. Lindsy, Tab, and Bryson are standouts. And the detailing was AMAZING!

I had a car hit me and her insurance wanted me to bring my car to Valley. When I pulled in Tab greeted me as I parked and showed me where the office was, he came over to look at my truck and explained the whole process and what to expect. He explained the likely outcome and what to expect from a insurance. The entire time he seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. I'm usually not very easily impressed. If you want a shop that is going to treat you like an actual person, this is the place to go. Body work isn't cheap so expect to pay a fair price for the work. if valley says it's 5k in damages then that's what it is. Thanks Tab for calling and leaving a VM to keep me updated.

Valley Collision's Ogden location just finished warranty work on my camper van. A previous repair 3 years ago developed problems and they unquestioningly agreed to rectify the issue. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner and were incredibly easy to work with. Thank you Devin and your team at Valley Collision!

I am so thoroughly impressed with these guys! They did such a fabulous job with the replacement and paint job -flawless!!!!. But they also cleaned my car beautifully, even better than Mini Cooper themselves, Communication and customer service were top notch and last but not least they picked me up from my house and brought me to my car when it was ready! I highly recommend this place!

This place is a little haven in the city. My daughter asked if we were going to see any animals when we pulled into their place. That was only the first of many good impressions.

They were clear about everything, easy to work with, communicative throughout the process, and they went above and beyond for me. I will use them again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for body work.
