I purchased my new 2023 GMC Terrain from Mickie Harris @ Casper Buick, and it was a great experience! After my previous car broke down and was more to repair that to replace Matt the GM called me personally he answered all my questions, and helped with set up, and testing out different cars to help me figure out what I wanted. Then Mickie sat down with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He even walked my step by step through a ton of the features of my new car. Everyone I dealt with was great to work with :) Matt found a home for my trade in making sure I got the trade-in I needed. The whole buying process was pain free. Highly recommend!!! I sent in an on-line inquiry and within mintues Mickie reached out and set up a test drive. Upon my arrival Mickie had it pulled up front, warmed up and ready to drive. Everyone was super friendly and it was by far the quickest and easiest purchase from a dealership I've experienced. I recommend 10/10!

Mickie helped my girlfriend a couple years ago get a good vehicle. He was great to work with. When it was time to purchase a new pickup and GMC was what I wanted. It was an easy choice and he was again great to work with.

Over the last 20 years, I've leased or purchased 12 new vehicles from as many different dealerships, each with a different buying experience. Some were fine, some left a bad taste in my mouth, but there were only three that I'd say were great — and my experience at Casper Buick GMC Cadillac easily falls into the "great" category. Since I live four hours away from the dealership, I was initially working with one of the sales managers, Matt H, primarily via email and phone to get our ducks in a row on my trade and financing options. That he was willing to do so much legwork remotely was fantastic as, in my experience, most folks in car sales seem incapable of forming complete sentences via email/text and just want you to come into the dealership immediately. But Matt was great — responsive, patient, clear and friendly. The next day I made the four-hour journey up to Casper, where I was greeted at the door by Josh C, who introduced me to the truck I was buying, accompanied me on a test drive, took me through the initial paperwork, helped me get set up with OnStar, and hung out with me when the internet went out (not the dealership's fault, I hasten to add). My time there was comfortable, casual and easy. At the end of the process, I asked them to put their gigantic red bow on my new truck (which they kindly obliged), took a photo, and headed back home. Before I left, I mentioned to Matt that I could count on one hand the number of times I'd finished a new vehicle purchase feeling *good* without reservation about the transaction — and this was one of them. A truly excellent sales experience. And now... I will post the obligatory photo of the truck with the goofy bow on it.

Wes Holman was the absolute BEST vehicle salesman I have ever worked with. I was searching high and low, across the entire country, for a long-bed Denali Black Diamond Edition and I finally found it from Wes at Casper Buick GMC Cadillac. Also, Wil Kuykendall made the process so easy as well. I have bought lots of high end cars in my lifetime… Multiple Tesla’s, Cadillacs, and Audios, and my experience at Casper Buick GMC Cadillac with Wes and Wil were the best I’ve ever experienced.
