Great and friendly service! Made it super easy to find a mattress for our guest room. Jordan was very patient with us and gave good advice to help us make the final decision. Turns out he’s our neighbor too!

The store is very clean and has a nice variety of mattresses on display to try out and choose from. They even have a computer program that senses where your body experiences the most pressure while laying down! This helps you make a more informed decision on which mattress would work best for you.

We visited the showroom no less than 5 different times and I’m sure he wondered if we were ever going to make up our minds! He wasn’t high pressure and gave us options and time to decide. We had a very unique situation where moved into a new home and needed a mattress, STAT. Jordan took such amazing care of us and worked his magic to get it delivered to us, 70 miles away, by the next morning. Because of his kindness and understanding, we went ahead and purchased another mattress, for our guest bedroom, that we weren't planning on purchasing for a while.

Jordan has been such a great help! He helped us find a great mattress, worked with our schedule to deliver it before we went out of town. And, although there was some confusion on our part about the an item when it arrived,, he remained very professional and kind, making sure his customers were happy above all.

Jordan easily provided exceptional customer service with competent in depth knowledge of the mattresses. He was helpful in explaining and guiding me through my decision process offering me insight on several options available. Bonus! American Mattress had the mattress and Beautyrest Black Luxury base in stock and set up for a prompt delivery.

Walked in the store and greeted Jordan who listened to us. He took us straight to the perfect mattress that had a price tag that was below our budget! We got a great deal for a value mattress! Took 5 minutes. Easy check out and delivery was only $30, free if you spend up to $1000 or more. Denver mattress wanted $59. Plus they will have it delivered to us by tomorrow. Denver was going to take 8 days for delivery.

We also learned that America's Mattress is LOCALLY OWNED!!!!! Buying local is essential and important to us. Really happy we found this store as we nearly almost purchased the wrong bed at a different store for way more dollar.

Overall we are pleased and appreciated the non pushy sales approach Jordan showed us.

Jordan the sales rep was wonderfull. He was so understanding with our situation. My husband has had cancer and it has progressed to the point that we needed to have a bed that we can move his head and feet to help him get out of bed with some independence. The doctor wanted us to consider a hospital bed for just him. I started looking into adjustable bed so we could remain together, Jordan listen to our needs and help us select the best bed at a reasonable price. He also setup a delivery time that is going to work with my work schedule. I can't explain how extremely helpful in helping me select the right bed for us and keeping it affordable. He did this all with texting and phone calls. It was impossible for me to go to the show room because I'm 110 miles one way from them. What i really really love about them was the free delivery and take away (of previous mattress). They make everything so easy!
