Lance Dryden, the Stihl mechanic is top notch! He's knowledgeable and helpful, he always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and makes sure that I get what I need the first time every time and always calls as soon as parts come in. He regularly comes up with great solutions to problems and is probably the most experienced Stihl tech that I've met in Casper. He does great work and has helped keep our equipment at All Trees running smoothly. I feel like I always learn something new from him every time I need his advice and I appreciate all the great work he does.

This review is regarding the store manager, Blake (I think his name is Blake, started with a B at least. Sorry if I screwed up the name!). I had to come in a few weeks ago to have a relatively difficult conversation with him surrounding a former employee. I left overall quite impressed with how he handled that conversation, and the professionalism and care he took when discussing the topic.

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure I provided public feedback to enshrine my appreciation for how that interaction went. He's someone I would trust, and that goes a long way.

I went in to get some 10 inch galvanized nails for my patio and Raymond greeted us right when we walked in, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I needed. I would definitely recommend coming to Ace Hardware "on CY AVENUE" if you ever need anything, they are extremely polite and helpful. It was an awesome, and refreshing experience to have great customer service. Thank you!

Bought a new transponder key and had it programmed by Morgan, she was very professional and did a great job.

Lance helped me out big time teaching me more about my Stihl saw and helped me acquire a couple good products for maintenance. Real helpful guy had a great experience in the store. Definitely will be back in for Stihl products and knowledge.

Excellent customer service

Love this store! There's a lot of unique items there, a bit pricey but you won't find some of this stuff anywhere else. They have a really cool knife sharpening machine too. I'm totalling to utilize this service! The employees are all very nice , friendly and helpful

Bought a snowblower the service I received was outstanding. Mr. Dryden was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful in answering all my questions in a positive demonstrative way. I was comfortable purchasing the snowblower because of his help. You have an outstanding employee and return customer because of him.

At the start I was not impressed with customer service but they have 180 degree turned that around now it's a incredible and fun place to shop !!!

Store layout is easy to navigate. Customer service was wonderful, I was greeted upon entry and asked if I needed assistance throughout my time spent in the store. Upon checkout the clerk was very helpful and warm. Service reminded me of my Ace back in my small hometown, with a bigger selection.

I had a very hard to find metric bolt and they fixed me right up. This young man was very sharp

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. SERIOUSLY! PICKING OUT PAINT, I HAD 3 EMPLOYEES, GIVING THEIR OPINIONS UNTIL WE GOT THE PREFECT COLOR. So so happy I don't have to go to Sutherlands for paint. They always act annoyed having to mix paint and give an opinion. THANK YOU CASPER FOR BRINGING ACE BACK TO THE WEST SIDE. THE EMPLOYEES KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS SECOND TO NONE. IT WILL BE MY GO TO STORE FOR EVERYTHING FROM NOW ON....except Ice Scream.

Shannon knows how to provide the best customer service 👏. He helped me find the exact screws I needed. Everyone was friendly from stat to finish. (10 stars)

Super helpful staff & really nice new store - I honestly get nervous going into hardware stores because I never know where anything is and it was so easy to find what I needed, plus a few employees helped me right away and were super knowledgable. Definitely recommend!
