Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lynchburg

One of my favorite hotels to visit when I’m in town! Everything is clean and updated! The hotel is quiet and the staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming! The deals/price for this hotel is unbeatable! The location is perfect! My family and myself are always properly accommodated! A++

Nice location close to Wards Road with shopping and dining options for every budget. Clean rooms and very nice staff. You make waffles, toast/bagels, cereal or oatmeal for breakfast.

Enjoyed our night there, room was spacious and included a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Just outside of the lobby was a patio with a propane grill. I grilled a ribeye and veggies for dinner. It was great to be able to cook for myself.

The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the fall. The breakfast was average and not kept fully stocked so there was not much to eat. Overall a very nice hotel!

New renovation are decent beds are comfortable and walk in showers are decent. Location is off interstate. We’ll stay again.

Great location and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is, the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough. But I would stay here again that’s for sure.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Harry came out to the parking lot to help me with the luggage cart. So nice to see employees like Harry going out of their way to help people. We would definitely stay here again on our travels!

Just traveling through and chose this hotel. Very satisfied and wish we had more time to enjoy the area.

This is the best value in Lynchburg for a place to stay. I would post a picture of our room but my kids made a fort with the furniture and blankets and slept in it and it’s not the most photogenic thing. But the breakfast was above par and the cleaning staff is great.

I was surprised at the suite given me, I think it is brand new. The bed was very comfortable.

My air conditioner was loud but they accommodate pets.. breakfast too..

Great staff! Comfortable room and bed. Great water pressure. TV wasn't wanting to cooperate with me but I figured it out. Good location.

I've stayed at this hotel for work going on 2 years and honestly cannot understand where these bad reviews are coming from. There are a couple of the staff who are not as talkative but all are nice and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I've never encountered a dirty room. Of course with the covid outbreak there is no standard breakfast option but that is understandable. Sometimes on weekends it can be louder than during the week but quiets down by eleven. My advice is to not give too much credence to the negative reviews.

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.
I honestly don't understand how this hotel can get a bad review. There was a little road noise but nothing unreasonable.
I wonder if some of these bad reviews are from people who actually stayed in this hotel?

Awesome experience! My family and I decided to book a room due to us losing power from a tornado that came through. The staff was very helpful and kind, one employee even gave me dish soap to clean my baby's bottles! Staff is very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with our stay there. At the end of it all, due to the weather conditions and the reason for us staying, we were only charged one night instead of two. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
