Nora and Trace were very awesome and helpful! They activated my new phone for me 10 minutes to close. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for it either, I was very excited for the 15. I highly recommend this location!

I've used US Cellular for my phone service since switching from AT&T several years ago. While I have a company-provided phone, I use it for all personal and professional use and am HEAVILY reliant on a quality device. I recently got a new phone after using my old one to its last breath and was so grateful to receive kind, professional, and friendly service from Brandon in the store--even though he's new, he was still great to work with and took care of everything I needed quickly and without being too pushy like you see often in cell phone stores. While in the store, I also saw another staff member working with an older customer who was definitely struggling with her device and he was kind, patient, and made it easy for her to understand. Definitely recommend working with them!

Brandon and Sam did an absolute great job at helping me get on my own phone plan as well as getting a new device, the process was quick and painless and everything was explained extremely well. Brandon was able to even balance taking care of multiple customers and efficiently. They helped me save a lot of money in the long run and I would most definitely recommend either of them.

Every experience I had was been great! Arber has been fantastic with communicating with me. He always lets me know what’s my best options, deals, and things outside of work. He recently helped me with my iPhone 12 that I am loving!

Alec Fieldhack was amazing and made the process easy and efficient to get a new phone plan. Explained the promotion and billing cycles perfectly and made us understand what we were paying for. Helped us look at cases and accessories to make sure we had everything we needed. Even had a different store ship a phone the same day to get us the color we desired. Great salesman and a great employee for us cellular.

Positive experience every time I visit. Out-of-town family even does their business here rather than at their local stores! I worked with Cailey during my latest visit - she helped me with a new phone and transferring my now old phone to my son. She was informative, honest, helpful, and had a fun personality. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend her and this store!

Amazing service!! Went in to have my service switched over to US Cellular. Abner was extremely helpful and wasted no time helping in a professional and timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and services. He had everything switched and ready to go in no time. We were the only customers in the store at the time of our visit so we interacted with all the associates there. They were all so friendly and personable. Would defiantly recommend stopping in here for all your cellular needs!!

Arber was very helpful in taking the time to help us set up a new iPhone and transfer everything off of the old iPhone to the new phone. I’m glad we came to this location and we will be coming back due to the great service that was supported here. The specialist care and are pleasant and Arber was a life saver.

Arber Agushi is a very pleasant young man. Very helpful with all the questions we had not to mention great customer service. He helped us with our new phones and explained every detail. We went the second time to get our son's phones activated and we received nothing but the best customer service as the first time.

Arber and Cailey were both not only very helpful, but very honest. They not only found us the best deals that fit us, but did everything in a timely manner even when I was, sadly, in a rush. They gave us their numbers in case we had questions and will be following through with us through our entire switch and phone activation (we pre-ordered phones).
It’s only thing to be helpful, it’s another to be honest! Arber was very honest with us and helped us do what was most beneficial to us financially versus what was convenient for them.

Arber did a great job getting new phones set up for both of my children. He was efficient, thorough, polite and knowledgeable! Saved me a few bucks on my monthly bill, also!!!!

If you need a new phone go see Arber at the Whitewater store. He is the most helpful, kind, and considerate salesperson there could ever be. He knows everything about both iPhone and android phones.He helped me when I came in to look for a new phone. I wanted to switch back to an iPhone from an android. He explained everything to me and made sure I had the best plan to fit my needs. One thing that is greatly appreciated is that Arber takes time with his customers and answers all questions. Since I bought the new phone in August, I have gone back with questions and he has always resolved the problems. One issue has been the 6000 photos I had on my android phone. Arber has always known what to do to make it easier for me to use my new phone. Whitewater is lucky to have Arber. He deserves to be promoted. But I would miss him if he was not there. He always says to come back in if I have any questions. He is the most pleasant person!

Went in to order the Note 10 and had a great experience, Arber was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a picky buyer, so I had a lot of questions not only about the note 10 but it’s competitors as well and Arber answered all of my questions. I ordered a new phone and he also recommended a new unlimited data plan that was actually better and cheaper then my existing plan. Thank you Arber for your help!

I came into the store just the other day to add myself to my mother’s account. My mom wasn’t exactly thrilled at the idea but with the help of Autumn one of the lovely associates, my mom and i left that day knowing we were making the right decision and my mom felt safe with her money.

An experience that sometimes isn’t so enjoyable, Autumn made enjoyable with her joyous smile and compassion for people.

I came in already extremely frustrated with my fathers tracfone, Cailey greeted me and made me feel at ease. The next day as I was waiting for tracfone to release my fathers number I dealt with Cailey on the phone, she was detailed with what she needed from me, I gave her what was needed to handle the transfer. I then stopped in the store after work where Arber finished things up for me. They took a situation in which I was extremely frustrated and angry and turned it around for me! Thank You Cailey and Arber for helping me with that difficult situation and getting my Dad the phone and plan he needed! You both went above and beyond and this customer is VERY appreciative!

Aber, not sure how to write a good review or if i got his name right. But we had 2 broken phones and one that had insurance issues, they understood all my problems and worked for hours to help me get the best deals possible. Walked out of there with 2 new phones, cheaper bill and alot of good merchandise. Small store but highly recommend for the costumer service!
